This property was all and more we could have expected. Starting with unique decor through out the house, each room had its own individual identity but all blended together. From the pristine table settings to the wall art or the individual tea cups on the bed. It did take us a bit to find the hot tub , come to find out it was located in the garage, and relaxing it was. One of the best kept secrets was the second bedroom had a king bed, that made two kings and two queen , the most comfortable bed ever. I would highly recommend this property, close to Penn Yan and plenty of wineries. 5 stars!

Girl's Weekend Getaway

We booked this house based on the location and the positive reviews and the house exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do it justice and the location was ideal for a wine tasting long weekend. Each of us were able to have our own bedroom and the 2 full bathrooms were ideal. The house was clean and well equipped, and we took advantage of the firepit (and chairs) and hot tub each night.Of note, and by no means to take away from the overall experience, GPS takes you to the address, but the driveway is off Milo Center Road (the first right turn once youre in front of the house or when GPS says you've arrived.) We recognized the house from the photos, and arrived during the daytime, so we were able to locate the driveway.The short drive to Penn Yan for groceries, liquor store and restaurants was convenient. The location allowed us to reach wineries, restaraunts, waterfalls, and beaches on both Keuka and Seneca lake within an hour. We are hoping this house stays a hidden gem and we can make this an annual trip!

Big, Comfy House Conveniently Located

The house was beautiful. It was large enough to easily accomodate 8 adults, 1 toddler and one small dog for 4 nights. We made use of the fire pit and the hot tub. We cooked dinner at home each night and there were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, utensils and everything else the kitchen needed to have. The house and grounds were clean and well kept and it could not have been more convenient to both Keuka Lake and Seneca Lake, so that we spent less time travelling and more time at the wineries! The check in was easy and so was the check out. We were sad to leave!

Nice Country Stay

Our stay was very nice, in the middle of farm country. A nice respite from city life. The place was large and more than adequate for our stay. It is a little bit of a drive to get to restaurants and such but not horrible.

Finger Lakes Wedding Stay

We stayed at this property for our friend’s wedding weekend. We selected it due to the proximity to Climbing Bines and it worked out well! The property was much more spacious than we expected based on the photos. The bedrooms were large and the property was very clean. It was really hot, so having the a/c was a nice break from the heat. We enjoyed a fire overlooking the farm field, but it was too hot for the hot tub. Overall, a nice property and a great location!

Bachelorette Weekend

This charming farmhouse was the perfect backdrop to my daughter’s bachelorette weekend in the Finger Lakes. It was not only clean, but it also had so many charming touches! It adequately accommodated our group of seven and was centrally located to the wineries we visited as well. I would definitely consider booking this lovely home again for a family trip or another girls’ weekend!

Charm & The Best Night Sleep You’ll Have

Came here with friends, an infant, and a dog for a weekend in the Finger Lakes. The house has so much space, is charmingly decorated, and we all agreed the most comfortable beds we’ve ever experienced in a rental. Great location near multiple wineries. Owners had clear and prompt communication. Would absolutely rent again!

Weekend Stay

Great location and property. Listing is accurate, and I would definitely recommend staying there! Just be warned, there is literally zero grace or leniency regarding the check out time. The host scheduled cleaning staff to start at the exact minute of check out. We were unaware of that, but nonetheless ended up being charged $100 for not only the extra 45 minutes at the house, but also for lost wages to the cleaning staff. Additionally the fee for having a pet was assessed for our entire stay, as opposed to daily. Lastly, there is a security camera overlooking the outdoor area, that I don't believe was disclosed.
