Fabulous place to stay the apartment is close to the ferry (walking distance) and Penneshaw amenities and looks out over a lovely little marina and the ocean

The property was great. You do need a car, but everything is nearby. There is an information centre just across the street. The view from the apartment is the best and everything you need is found within the unit. It is defiantly home away from home. We highly recommend staying here.

We (4 adults and 2 children) stayed there for three nights and loved it! Nice view, clean, generous space, everything is available in the apartment and feels like home. The host was available and super helpful. Overall, excellent accommodation option in Kangaroo Island.
Great location close to the sealink terminal, shops,dining and coffee. If you were more adventurous, then kingscote closer to the natonal park. You do need an element of fitness, as stairs inside the house were steep. Be aware that when front blinds down, you can see in when lights on. Communication very good with owner. Will stay here again in the future.
Location on seafront at Christmas Cove was excellent.
Amenities in kitchen, bbq, bathrooms, books, toys, magazines and tourism brochures excellent.
Janitor living below was a bit close living.
Shame no undercover parking protection for car.
Otherwise this clean modern property near shops & pub, beach and museum faultless. Would return again.
Spacious and modern two storey holiday house with ocean view. Good facilities and convenient location, unfortunately being close to the main road in and out of town also meant being woken up early by the occasional truck speeding through. My kids loved the place and were sad to leave, that said they didn't like the spiders and millipedes downstairs - suggest better door seals to keep them out. Would still recommend to others and stay here again myself.

The unit was a two storey affair with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. The rooms were large well furnished and comfortable. The main
Living area is upstairs with views to the north and east. Very comfortable and modern. Highly recommend stay
The house was lovely, spacious and clean with great sea views both upstairs and downstairs. The location meant we were at the house, unpacked and relaxing within minutes of disembarking the ferry. It was convenient to walk into Penneshaw for a meal in the evenings, and being directly across the road from the Visitor Information Centre made it was easy to plan activities for our short break.
With four bedrooms, a main open plan kitchen, living and dining area upstairs plus an additional smaller kitchen, living and dining area downstairs there was plenty of room for our group of five adults. There was an en suite, main bathroom plus additional toilet and vanity.
It was also very well equipped, with a laundry with washer and tumble dryer (we didn't need to use either for our three night stay), and microwave and dishwasher in the main kitchen as well as the oven and cook top.
Had a great stay and would definitely stay there again if we re-visit Kangaroo Island.
The location of the unit is fabulous and it overlooks the water (fantastic sunset views). Fairly new unit but cleanliness is not great. We were initially given the wrong code to the house but property manager quickly texted me the new one. The cleanliness is not great as the oven, dishwasher etc was not clean prior to our arrival. There were dishes in the dishwasher, unclean oven tray in the oven and food (some expired) in the fridge. There was lack of towels, no dishwashing liquid and even though they advertised that there was a bit of coffee tea etc - it was two packets of coffee etc - not replenished. We even found cobwebs in the kitchen. Even though the unit was fairly new the cleanliness is less desirable.
