Hotel.com website not correct
Publié le 12 sept. 2024 sur HotelsHad a nice stay at the Thirsty Scholar after the hassle of gettng into the property and the parking. Your website said we could get in at 2.30 but couldn't get in until 4.00, although the owner did arrange for someone to come and let us in. Free parking your website states, there is no parking for the pub which again was a hassle for us as the Council carpark was quite a way with steep hills.

Beautiful little pub with delicious food and a lovely room with a fantastic view of the harbour. Staff were very friendly and overall a great place to stay.

staff were excellent, host Adele was excellent, nice pub, good pub food, good breakfast, good transport links bus & train, rooms were good, bed was comfy. dog friendly. real ales,
