Worth every penny.

Our unit was great, except for the short toilets lol. As an over 6 footer I would recommend installing the standard tall elongated toilets for a more generic setting. Other than that, the location was great for shopping, dining, touring, etc. Looks like the complex suffered some storm damage that had yet to be repaired from last year. This did not affect our stay.

Excellent for four

Great view, mostly great apartment. Only thing we didn't really like was the adult daughter slept on a pull out love seat (twin bed) she really didn't like and adult son slept on the couch. I would say "sleeps 6" is stretching it a little if the plan is to stay more than a couple days. Ideal rental for 4, especially couples. Nevertheless we made it work for us. The big plus for us was the washer/dryer and the full kitchen (not a kitchenette). Loved the Deck overlooking the bay. And the price for it for the 9 days was reasonable.

Could be better

Our unit needed updating, sliding bath doors were stuck, cushions on furniture were wore out, several areas were dirty (under sink). Elevator says "use stairs" but their are no indicators as to where the stairs are located. Sliding door from porch has a 3" trip rail. Shower tile is a color that NO one can determine if its clean. Front door screen slide is none functional. Bed is extremely soft.

After reviewing your reservation I am not seeing where you report any of these issues to us. We do ask guests to make us aware of any issues so we have the opportunity to have our local team quickly address and get your stay back on track as soon as possible While this does not make your experience better, we do hope that you allow us the opportunity to host you once more at any of our units along the Emerald Coast in order to show you a true Southern 5 star stay. Again, we apologize greatly for the effect it had on your vacation, but do hope to see you with us again soon.
