Exceptional Reviews- Beach Front Beautiful Gulf & Sound Views Tower 3-1903

Just back on the rental program. 2 years ago we decided to live in our slice of heaven full time. Although we loved being on the beach very much, we had many request from long time visitors who also love our condo. We are pleased to welcome you back.
Portofino Tower 3 is just steps from the beach and other the amenities at the resort.

Enjoy sugar white sand, beautiful water, and lots of beach activities. Portofino resort also offers multiple swimming pools including indoor and out.

Sit by the pool, order a snack or a beverage and just relax. The onsite Coastal Restaurant offers a wonderful menu and is the perfect place to start or finish your day.

Pensacola Beach is loaded with other wonderful dining and shopping attractions, and is just a short hop away on the free trolley. (Trolley operates May through September)

Take in the stunning views and peacefulness from the 19th floor balcony while enjoying your favorite beverage each morning and evening. The sunsets are mesmerizing. Sit back, relax and watch your favorite show on the new large screen. Rest well on new high quality XL mattresses in bedrooms that are quiet and comfortable with room darkening draperies. A queen memory foam sofa sleeper provides great accommodations for a party of six.

Our condo also has secure high speed internet for your entertainment or work along with multi function printer. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooktop and multi feature oven and of course, a Keurig. and everything else to make your stay enjoyable.

Great Stay!
Large, clean condo fully stocked. Great location with easy access to the beach right across the street and multiple pools. A convenient restaurant, coffee shop, store and spa right on the property. Free trolly stop right in front of the building that runs back and forth to Pensacola Beach stores, shops and restaurants! Great communication with the owners. Would go back!

Perfect Paradise
From the moment we arrived we were in awe of the beautiful views. The condo was absolutely perfect and I tend to be tough to please :) 10/10 cleanliness, everything was as advertised. This was the first rental I’ve stayed at that I didn’t feel the need to clean or wipe anything down before using it. Brad was a fantastic host, very responsive before and during our stay. The views from balcony were heavenly, being able to see the waves crashing in on the gulf side as the sun rises and during the day and then watching the sunset over the bay in the evening was perfection. I was recommending this place to my family and friends after only being there 24 hours. We will most definitely be going back.

Second time at the Portofino Resort and our family enjoyed spending time at the variety of pools, hot tubs and playing tennis. The condo was beautiful and spacious with a gorgeous view off the balcony and quick elevators. Easy access to the beach with lots of activities available for all ages.

Perfect Anniversary Trip
This property was absolutely perfect for our anniversary trip. The luxury amenities of the unit & overall property were fantastic. All of the unit's furnishings were new & high quality. The location was great since it's the last property before the national seashore begins which provided somewhat seclusion from a typical crowded beach scene. I can't think of a single reason why we wouldn't stay here again.

Perfect as always
This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. It is exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. The master bed is very comfy. This was a mother daughter trip for me and my mom and we both slept in the master bed because it was too comfy to pass up. Brad is always quick to respond with any questions you might have !

Clean, well provisioned, comfortable condo in a great location on the Portofino property. Condo is beautiful and views are amazing. Host is easily reachable. We had a small hiccup during check-in and he fixed the issue in under a minute. I’ll be reaching out to him again to reserve this exact condo next year. Great great place!!
We have been staying at the Portofino for the last three years. This was by far the best condo we have stayed in. We checked in a few hours early so I messeged the owner while we were in the lobby. He responded immediately and we were able to go to our room right then. The condo was very clean and had an amazing view of the beach. We will definitely try to book this condo again.

Wonderful condo!
Even though the first few days of our vacation was interrupted by a tropical storm we still had fun on rainy days. There’s lots of activities and things to do. Of course my kids loved the resort pool and ordering pizza there. Scoot coupes we’re fun as well! We definitely recommend this condo!

I’ve stayed at Portofino several times before but this condo was my favorite! It was closest to the beach. The decor was perfect for the beach & everything was beautiful! The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in & even the sheets were so soft. It was clean & had everything you need in the kitchen. We miss it already & will definitely be back again!

We Will Be Back!
Our condo was everything we hoped it would be based on the pictures online. First time staying at Portofino and we loved it. Tower 3 was great. The view from our condo on the 19th floor was breathtaking every single day. Kitchen well equipped. Board games available to play. Decor was very nice and unit was very clean. Brad was great at following up to any questions we had. Beach was short walk away. Pools were very nice. Food by main pool, especially pizza, was excellent. We enjoyed the tennis courts and renting the Scoot Coupes for an hour. About 7-10 minute drive to downtown Pensacola Beach where restaurants, bars and shops are. Drive to Navarre Beach along the coast is beautiful. Breakfast from Native Cafe was great. Enjoyed outdoor dining at Flounders (key lime pie was huge and tasty), Water Pig BBQ (Yum!) and Shaggys margaritas. We will definitely be back to Pensacola Beach and rent at Portofino again, as we loved it!

Perfect family getaway!
We loved and enjoyed our stay!! The condo was great and the view was amazing. We mostly stayed at the property and spent our time at the pool, beach, and tennis courts. The location of the property was perfect. Far enoug away from the touristy areas to feel private, but close enough to be convenient. Brad was awesome to work with and the checkin/checkout process could not have been easier.

Another perfect Portofino vacation
This was our second time at Portofino and our second time in Brad’s condo. It’s in the best tower, clean, comfortable, stocked with everything and the views are to die for. Brad is so pleasant to do business with and we will always book with him if it’s available. No need to look any further.
