Palm Beach Club 225 is a gorgeously decorated, lofted condo located across the street from the beach and gazebos, providing stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Also, right next door is a kid-friendly beach on the sound with no waves and shallow waters, perfect for little kids to paddleboard, swim, and explore. They'll even have a pirate ship playground to enjoy while you relax under a gazebo.

The property was very nice. The view of the gulf & the bay was spectacular. The internet did not work, so no TV. The master shower was so revealing we could not use it. Other than that it was great.

Perfect location
The property location was excellent. We were very surprised and happy with the layout of the condo. Everybody had privacy but plenty of room when we wanted to spend time together on the main level. I would suggest if you want to do a lot of cooking to pack some of your favorite items. Lots of wine, glasses and plates And cutlery. Very limited on. Other things like cutting boards of admits baking sheets. I was told by property management that the unit is going to be renovated so I’m excited to stay again. See what changes they’ve made and hopefully the kitchen has a little bit more cook friendly items for the next visit. I will definitely make sure that I take some of my favorite items with me just for convenience. But we may do thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The condo backed up to the bay area, which was nice to decks so you could relax see the boats come in and out of the bay area. in the beach is just across the street with a short walk or plenty of parking for that as well. They do have grills across the street at the beach parking area so if you want to grill things, they have grills and picnic tables.

Loved the location and the loving space
We were very happy staying here. It was clean and had plenty of space. The view of the sound was beautiful. The walk to the beach was short—just across the road. We would stay here again. Some maintenance and repairs would make it even better.

It was great! Very pretty area and not much to complain about. All I can say bad is that the master bathroom doesn’t have a shower curtain and when I contacted the people they said they would fix this and get one out to us and we never got one. Besides that thought, that was a great trip!

Wonderful location with easy Beach & Bay access. Condo had some wear but was clean…the window blinds in master bath need fixing or replaced because it lacked privacy. Otherwise, plenty of towels, dishes, coffee maker…appreciated the dish & laundry soaps.

The perfect little getaway
This was the perfect little getaway for our anniversary. We enjoyed the sunsets from the patio and just enjoyed how quiet the place was. I thought we’d hear more of the neighbors but it was so silent.

Condo was clean and orderly when we arrived. Property is secure and peaceful. We really enjoyed the easy access to the gulf beaches and also right out back was a wonderful little beach on the bay. Great place to stay with a family.

Beach vacation
The location is perfect for families looking for a more secluded sound side view. The private beach was great for our kids. Our only complaint was the home was not cleaned up to expectations, nothing out right nasty but could use a deep clean. The master bath needs a major upgrade, whenever the shower was used the entire floor was flooded due to the set up of the shower/ tub. The other shower downstairs needs a light as it is very dark. The dishwasher only worked twice. And the lights in both bathrooms downstairs need to be replaced. Overall we still enjoyed our stay and none of the above issues were detrimental to our vacation more of an inconvenience.

Great overall
The place is in an excellent location with beautiful views of the bay and especially the sunset. Accommodations were good overall. It is furnished and decorated very well and super cozy, but it is a little more worn in person than it looks in the pictures. The stairs are very creaky. It was generally clean but there were quite a few ants in the kitchen every day even though we didn’t let any food messes sit at all. There was also a large roach in the upper bathroom. I get that it’s FL and a rogue roach here or there isn’t that out of the ordinary, but it’s not the greatest impression to see a large roach. The Venetian blinds on the windows and fan blades were also pretty thick with dust. The mirrored closet in one of the downstairs bedrooms was significantly cracked with tape covering it. It would have been helpful if there were wall hooks to hang towels or bathing suits on in bathrooms or bedrooms especially since there are specific instructions not to hang them on railings, etc. the dishwasher and television in one of the bedrooms was not working. In spite of the perceived “flaws” we still had an incredibly delightful stay.

This property is terrible and needs a complete renovation. Pictures are not representative of the condition of this property. I contacted VRBO and had to send them pictures. I sent them lots of pictures and was told I would hear back from them that day or early the next. I had to contact them on the 3rd day to finally hear they cant help me on day 4. VRBO was no help at all. After all the information and pictures I had to send, to hear they cant help and to contact the management company. Stay away!

You pay for location, not comfort…
I want to start off by saying the location of this property is amazing! The bay is steps away and the ocean is a very quick walk across the street. It’s perfect when the ocean has strong currents… you can relax in the calm bay waters. Also, the condo is big enough for a family get away with plenty of room to spread out. Now the negative…. Upon arriving (on a Saturday), we found a note on the washer saying it was out of order. This was a shock since we were staying for 7 days. I immediately called the rental company and they were quick to look into it and said that someone would be coming on Tuesday. No one ever came and I had a voicemail at one point saying they were waiting on a part to come in. The person I spoke with representing Vacasa did say we would get refunded $25 per day that we went without the washer. The cleanliness of the entire condo was lacking in many ways. The floors were disgusting… we tried to vacuum, but the vacuum didn’t work. We swept and were going to mop, but there wasn’t a mop. The oven door came apart and one point and we had to fix that. The couch in the living room had a bad smell, the bathtubs were dirty… For what we paid for the week, we expected a little more attention to be put into the place. I don’t blame the cleaning company, I blame the owner for not managing the condo properly.

The location of the property is great and perfect for sunning at both beaches. The condo is nice but really needs to be updated. The couch has covers on the bottom and stains on the top, the washing machine was out all week, the stove came apart in my sons hands, the master bed has a huge hump in the middle of it, the master bathroom is missing shades where people can see you taking a shower, and the living room tv is really small for the room size and old. When we arrived the towel racks in both the master bathroom and loft bathroom were broken.

Disappointing
I will start by saying that once we got someone to give us the local employee’s name, she was gracious and tried to fix what she could— and she applied a refund to our account. That being said— Vacasa has the absolute worst customer cafe available— I called before we arrived and was on hold for almost two hours to ask a question about an advertised amenity. (Two days later, I got an incorrect answer from a person in Oregon )— The A/c Wasn’t cooling and they did get someone out promptly for that, but it was a simple mainentaince problem. The kitchen simk Faucet was broken and ancient. The oven didn’t have a DOOR handle. The front storm door was broken and flailed constantly in the wind and would NOT latch. The furniture was old and worn and dirty. It was really not rentable. They did finally have a delivery for stove, but it wouldn’t fit without taking out refrigerator and removing doors, etc., so we asked that it be installed after we checked out. Also, the condo is directly across the street from a HUGE public access, complete with pavilions and a 300 car parking lot next door. 😳😳— I guess the upside is that it is close to the National Park and that was lovely.

Family Vacation
We enjoyed our stay. It was enough room for 8 adults. Close walk to the Gulf, walk down the beach of the sound or just enjoy the pool. Property manager was very helpful and quick to answer all questions. We had small issue during our stay and the property manger made sure it was fixed right away. We would consider staying again,
