Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayUpon entry the 2 parking passes were not in the unit. Texted number provided and we were told to search in varies places, no luck. Next we were told to go to leasing office at front of property, bingo. Be prepared to memorize varies gate codes, elevator code & 10 digit entry door code. I suggest packing a permanent marker and writing it on your arm, just kidding!!! Ceiling fan & light never worked, faucet handle in kitchen sink was near falling off. I texted number again and the information was given a work order number, no one ever showed up. I must give a shout out to the amazingly dirty white fabric sofa-NASTY.
Fitted sheets on beds didn’t fit properly and you were often awakened by a slap in the face during the night, Morning. I recommend paying a few extra dollars for other rentals if you want to stay in this specific building, There’s a reason it’s less expensive.

Nice condo - Beautiful View
Publié le 5 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo itself is very nice, and the views are amazing. I did have a couple of issues that should be noted.
I called maintenance for a broken toaster and a master shower that didn't drain. I was told they would be addressed that same day, but we checked out 4 days later with no resolution.
While the toaster wasn't a big deal, more irksome than anything, the shower drain was kind of gross. If the water were left running for anything longer than 10-15 mins, it would have run out, onto the bathroom floor.
Another item to note was the failure to honor a beach chair rental freebie. In the binder left in the condo, there was a flyer advertising 2 free beach chairs and umbrella for the duration of our stay. We were told that would not be honored as the unit no longer offered this amenity. That was quite disappointing.

The beach service was discontinued and we are sorry this information was not updated inside the home. Exactly what I wanted

And white this unit is definitely not new and could use some tlc, it is well designed, comfortable, clean and has great amenities. I could open my bedroom balcony door and hear the waves all night. I could lay in bed and watch the waves. From bedroom if unit has amazing views of the bay. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice resort

Check in was a bit confusing. We had been given the wrong codes so it took a bit to sort that out but the manager quickly took care of it and accommodated us allowing us to store our luggage until check ins n.

CHECK IN PROCESS HORRIBLE

Stood outside unit for 30 minutes, code wouldnt work. They kept having to reset it, new code wouldnt work. After we got in our stay was good but saw this was a known issue on previous reviews. This should have been addressed and fixed already. If it was raining or if we had to use the bathroom I would have been very upset.

Girls trip
Publié le 18 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe condo was great! Plenty of space and location was wonderful. Checkin process was harder than expected as the code didn’t work. We called the number provided and the first time got hung up on after a 7 minute wait and then called back for the second time and received some help. Five codes later, she just gave us a code (that I’m assuming is for the cleaners) and said to just use it instead of a normal code. Overall checkin took about 20 minutes standing outside the condo. Without the checkin process, 5 stars.

Great location and views but…..
Publié le 10 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayAttention to details would be an added bonus to this property. The furniture really needs a good deep cleaning, it’s stained and unwelcoming. There were several broken or rusted items and appliances which were unsightly. There were no extra blankets or sheets, we had to go out and buy some. Plenty of towels was a bonus as well as the beach and pool access. No gym access though which we were not aware of since the photos were included in the advertisement we were disappointed to not be allowed to use it. Communication with property management was difficult due to language barrier so getting a new passcode for entry took 30 minutes as ours didn’t work when we arrived. I suggest a check in and out sheet to notate broken or missing item’s because we were not aware of some issues immediately like a broken ice maker. Otherwise we had a great stay. We made the most of it with our family! The location was amazing, views amazing and this time of year the beach and pool were very comfortable and accessible.

Birthday Beach weekend
Publié le 20 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed this property. It was in a great location and a good size for 3 couples. It was spacious, clean and had most thing we needed. We always bring extras (ziplock bags, extra kitchen towels, utensils etc) that we always seem to need. Beautiful view of the beach. Had the wrong door code but was quickly fixed by the management company. Would stay again if I’m the area.
