Regency Towers through Hotel.com

The beach was beautiful but the property had the balcony acccess blocked due to repairs. We were not informed before our stay. Due to sanding, dust was thick outside our door and the whole hallway. Plus the ocean view from the condo was from the side, not direct view. Southern Vacation rentals were aware. They charged us again after we had paid in full to Hotel.com

Thank you for this feedback. We do apologize that this vacation fell short of expectations. We can assure you this is not Southern's standard. We wish to advise that all maintenance schedule is managed by the H.O.A. We can confirm that we did reach out to you on April 25th via text message to advice of the construction once we receive the information. The complex itself is considered ocean view however the unit gives a partial view of the ocean, this information is also listed in the amenities.Again, we do apologize for the unforeseen issues you encountered. We would love to invite you back in the future so we can have the chance to show you a true five-star stay.

The place was dirty. I had to wash every kitchen dish I used before I used it. One roll of toilet paper for a week is ridiculous the place is falling apart and lots of areas between the curtains needs a lot of work and it needs to be cleaned it’s filthy. Very disappointed

Thank you for this feedback. We do apologize that this vacation fell short of expectations. We can assure you this is not Southern's standard. We have voiced all concerns to our property management team and they are currently being addressed. Also, we provide the first initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc but as stated in the guest portal you may need to bring or purchase additional during your stay.Again, we do apologize for the unforeseen issues you encountered. We would love to invite you back in the future so we can have the chance to show you a true five-star stay.
