Beachview Complex - Steps from the beach, Swimming pool, and Tennis Court

This two bedroom corner unit offers plenty of space with an open floor plan to make you feel right at home. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen size bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional family members. A pack and play is also available for our little guests. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious for easily preparing meals. Regular coffee pot along with Keurig to satisfy all tastes. Have your coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool.

The unit offers washer and dryer, complimentary Wifi, and two parking spaces just outside the door.

Beachview property is centrally located to some of the best attractions and restaurants in Navarre. You are literally steps from the beach, steps from the pool, and steps from the tennis court which also serves as a Pickle Ball Court. One mile west you can walk across the Navarre Beach Pier, which is the longest pier in Florida and the Gulf of Mexico. Just down the road you can visit the Marine Science Station to learn about local marine life. Next door is the Beach House Bar and Grille steakhouse located inside the Springhill Suites. Just a short drive away you will find Juana's Pagoda, a waterfront bar and grill with live music and beach volleyball.

Beachview complex is very quaint and family friendly. Unlike the crowds at the high rise complexes, you have the ability to relax and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets, sugar white sand and emerald green water on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Navarre Beach still has that old Florida charm with bike paths, walking paths, shops, and some of the friendliest people anywhere.

Not to happy
Not steps from beach. Kinda of overlooked pool if you walked to corner. Provided no extra toilet paper just the roll that was already there and the bugs topped it off.. opened windows because the air freshener stunk blinds broke. Wont stay again

Lovely Beachview condo
The condo was very clean, very pleasant firnishings and decor. Beds were comfortable. It is behind another condo on the beach but there is a view from the living room and it is indeed just a very short distance from the walkway to the beach. The owner was very easy to communicate with and made our stay very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this property and stay again.

Condo is great!
This condo is a great place for a getaway for a couple, small family, or even small group of friends. Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Bed is comfortable, kitchen had all we needed to make meals, large tv to enjoy movies at night. Condo had all we needed for our stay and it is just 2-3 minute walk to the beach.

Best beach vacation spot!
Our family loves this place and we’ve been coming since 2020. Connie and John are fabulous and we are incredibly thankful that they open up their condo to allow others to experience the beach life. Everything is super clean and beautiful. Connie’s handwritten welcome notes are my favorite! We will continue to come back!

Tucked Away Beach Stay
Out of the way, private location close to Gulf beach. Access to pool and tennis court was nice although we were too busy to try them out! Cute decor and comfortable beds. What a great way to stay in Florida!

Great getaway.
I visited Pensacola Beach and Destin while staying here. So glad I chose this spot. Not nearly as congested and just steps to the beach and pool. The condo is even nicer than represented in the photos.

Everything you need for an affordable stay near the gulf and being at the beach as much as possible. Perfect space for my family of 5. Property was explained well and has great reviews. We have found our place!
What a wonderful week we had staying in this perfect condo in this beautiful beach town. Our hosts were helpful and welcoming and immediately won over the kids with a welcome treat of popsicles in the freezer, and we two single moms enjoyed their thoughtful treat of wine after the long drive. This condo hit all the wants on our vacation checklist: clean and cheerful, stocked with all the essentials including beach items so we didn’t have to pack them, no highrise stairs or elevators but instead an easy haul into our second-floor place from our reserved spaces out front by the entrance, right on the beach, and the prettiest quietest beach with white sand and turquoise waters. The fishing pier, restaurants, and coffee were an easy walk down the beach and bike rentals two buildings away. We also enjoyed ventures to nearby Pensacola Beach, the national seashore beaches, and the zoo, but mostly we stuck to our perfect beach home away from home because it was hard to leave. We hope to be back again and again!

Wonderful vacation!
So much to say about this place. The condo itself is big and roomy and decorated so cute and beachy. It is literally steps from the beach. Being able to walk back and forth to the beach was so convenient, especially with a 3 year old. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need, and lots of stuff that the owners just go above and beyond to provide. The owners are wonderful. Their communication from the time I booked until after we checked out was excellent. They are super nice and helpful and much better than any other condo owners I’ve ever dealt with. No complaints at all. We will definitely be back here again!

Overnight Business Trip
Condo was ready early (a big plus as we arrived into town early). Owner contacted us to let us know we could arrive early without us even having to check which we thought was awesome. Easy to check in. Nice gift and note left for us. Steps away from the beach. Everything we needed for the night. Weather was perfect. Our kids enjoyed the sand toys that were available and the adults were happy to use the umbrella and chairs.
