Bayfront Condo, 2 Beds + Queen size Serta pull out couch - 6 Person Maximum, 2 Full Baths

Located steps away from the water, you can relax while listening to the sound of waves from your private balcony overlooking Pensacola Bay, or take a short walk across the street to enjoy the beautiful white sands and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. This second floor unit is a clean and beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo features unobstructed views of Pensacola Bay from the living room, master suite, and private balcony. You can also experience spectacular sunsets from the private balcony if you visit during late Spring, Summer or early Fall. The larger bedroom features a queen size bed and the guest bedroom has a full size bed.

Although the condo is less than two miles from Casino Beach, which is the primary location for shopping, restaurants, night life, jet ski and boat rentals, charter fishing companies, public fishing pier and other entertainment options, you can still relax at this relatively quiet and uncrowded location. The condo is also within walking distance to one of Pensacola Beach’s most well known seafood restaurants, Peg Leg Pete’s.

Just come as you are! We supply all the amenities you'll need for you to enjoy this modern and well-appointed unit! Including a fully equipped kitchen, flat panel high definition TV’s in the living room and master bedroom, DVD player and Bose surround sound in the living room, quality linens and bedding, and a table with four chairs on the balcony. A private bath with a garden tub is located in the master bedroom. All soaps for kitchen, bath and laundry are supplied. Come and relax in paradise!

The condominium complex includes an outdoor pool, private sandy beach, pond with fountains, and private fishing pier exclusively for guests and residents of Baywatch Condos. Covered parking for 2 cars is provided exclusively for this unit.

The condo was very nice. Very clean and organized. Great views from the back to the beach from the front. Gregg and Audrey are really easy to communicate with and are really prompt replying to any and all questions. They had given all the little extras that are appreciated when you are on a vacation. BFF weekend
A perfect condo for our best friends weekend! We get together every 2-3 years. Just beware, there is no elevator and it’s a 3rd story unit. Clean, as described and a nice snack basket on arrival. Would def stay there again

Chillin in Pensacola Beach!
Really nice two bedroom two bath condo overlooking the bay... And just cross the road to access the beach side.. only a 3 to 5 minute walk at most and you are on the sandy beach! Condo is well equipped and communication with the owner(s) is very easy... Just a short drive west and you are in the Federal Park where Fort Pickens is.. I highly recommend a day trip to the fort and checking out the beaches in the park... Great place for a quiet get away while also being minutes from all the restraunts Pensacola Beach has to offer!

A great location for our family getaway to the beach!
This condo perfectly suited our family of five. It was clean and had a great balcony overlooking the bay. We went fishing on the dock, and took short walks to the Gulf to swim and relax on the beach every day. We were able to hop on the trolley to visit shops and restaurants as well, or there were also golf carts transporting visitors. We visited with other friends and family who also needed a place to stay, and Gregg & Audrey were very responsive to help out so that we could all be close in location. They were phenomenal hosts, and we look forward to returning in the future!

Not for the mobility-challenged
I’ve stayed in at least a half dozen different condos and hotels on Pensacola Beach over the years and this one was adequate for our short stay. The basic necessities were provided along with a nice welcome basket of goodies, all of which were appreciated. The beds were very comfortable although the one in the guest room is just a double. A larger and/or extra bedside table in that room would be nice. Guests need to be aware that the unit is on the 3rd floor (including the parking level) and there is no elevator access. Having had back surgery recently, I found the stairs challenging. You need to bring your own beach gear if wanted/needed as none is supplied. I appreciated that the host contacted me the day we arrived to let me know the dryer wasn’t working and left it up to me whether or not to have it fixed during our stay; we did and it was done the following day. Overall, it’s a nice unit and good for an able-bodied person or group. Thanks for your hospitality!

My family have stayed in Gregg and Audrey’s condo for 5 summers. Everything is always perfect, and they are exceptional hosts. The condo has everything to offer…we cook every night (the kitchen has everything needed), spend time on the balcony with the beautiful views, the fishing pier and the beach. The beach access is very close and we go every day. We love this location, and everything about it, which is why we keep coming back.

Fantastic View
Our stay was wonderful! This was just the perfect spot for our anniversary trip. We enjoyed the most beautiful beach during the day and in the evenings we spent our time on the balcony watching the boats sail by. We even had the luck to watch dolphins playing in the Bay. Convenient Location on Beautiful Bay
The location was great. Close to a beautiful beach (within walking distance and it was less crowded than Casino Beach). Enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out over the bay. The bay at the complex had its own little beach and pier.
