Weekend staycation

We live in Santa Rosa County but wanted to stay downtown as the rehearsal dinner was at The District and wedding at Supposey. The property’s location was perfect and we had everything we needed for a great staycation. The host was very communicative and great to work with. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family who are coming from out of town!

It's an older home so be aware of what the entails, but we enjoyed our experience with the rental property and owner (Kim). If traveling during the summer, know that it might get warm with no central AC but cools off at night.

Publié le 23 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayi wasn't aware that there was no AC in the house so just the window units only made the house so cold in the amount of time i was there, but it was very cute and cozy. you can also hear people walking on the stairs through any hour in the night and the walls are very thin.

Sorry you were chilly during your stay. As per our listing this apartment does not have central air. It has two AC units (one in the kitchen and one in the living room) that have thermostats that can be adjusted for comfort. The bedroom also has a fan guests can use as needed.

Publié le 15 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayLoved the apartment so much I'd want to live there!! The only downsides for me was that the window unit does not sufficiently cool the bedroom and the traffic rumbling on the busy street. Otherwise absolutely perfect!

Very nice property in an excellent location.
Publié le 18 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property O overall is lovely. The bed was comfortable. The towels were big and fluffy and we really enjoyed our stay here. My only issue is that my daughter has a lot of allergies and there’s a musty smell in the apartment. However, there is adequate air conditioning, and for most people that would not be an issue.

Great little cottage feel in a good location
Publié le 12 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I were celebrating our 1 year anniversary and was looking for a place close to the beach but not on the beach. This property was perfect. It was quaint and well decorated. It had everything we needed. It was in the perfect location. Close to downtown where we were minutes from great restaurants and shopping. The only complaint we had was that the room number of the apartment was not told to us before arrival. The space is a beautiful historic home that has about 8 rooms (spaces). We were in room #8 but ended up using the code on the wrong room. We also had a couple of guests to come to our door in confusion as well. Other then that, we had a wonderful relaxing time. Would recommend!
