We have stayed quite a few nights over the past 2-3 years due to hospital convenience. The staff has been exceptional for the most part. It is a great place to stay, convenient to lots of desireables...
We are elderly, had reservations for several days ahead, due to the coming storm, we arrived a little early 2 p.m. ish, and needed to rest. With a list of physical challenges to deal with and a genuine need to elevate our feet sooner than the 4 p.m. check in, my husband (82 yrs) requested a possible early checkin. He was told they would call him when it was ready. Well, 4 p.m. came and still no call. I was in agony with swelling....he went in again at 4 p.m. and got right into the room. It would've been so wonderful to have had a little more diligence for elderly the need. Other than this, we neither one have ever had a complaint. Thank you for this place!

Nice, quiet hotel with excellent staff.
Bathroom lighting is poor and the toilet is about a foot off the floor and definitely not meant for full grown adults.
