When I arrived at the Holiday Inn they had no record or information regarding my reservation for Friday ,May 24. Fortunately for me they were able to find a room for my family without additional cost. This was my worst experience with Travelocity and I have been doing business with them for 20 years.

Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Gulf Breeze
This was my first time staying in Pensacola. I’m so glad I chose this hotel! The location was great! Easy walk to shops and grocery which I enjoyed. Friendly and helpful staff and a clean room. Best part was meeting the sweetest lady “T” that greeted me each day with the best breakfast and contagious smile! I will be back to explore more!
