Very clean, well kept, and central to many nice bars and restaurants. If we decide to go back next November Lazy Daze will be our go to.

Relaxing getaway, immaculate rental!
Publié le 28 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayBooked a weekend getaway, sick and tired of getting unauthorized charges when we stay at one of the local hiltons, so we decided to check out the Purple Parrot. It’s off the main road, and not on the water, but we knew this ahead of time and it’s only about a two minute drive to the beaches. Let’s talk about the cottage! It is the upstairs unit and this place is more well kept than many hotels! It’s clean clean and you can tell the owner takes pride in their lovely property. This unit directly overlooks the pool and bar, so if you don’t want music, which plays until around 10:00, I suggest you don’t book this particular unit. However, we read the listing beforehand, and loved the live entertainment! There is a loft space with two beds, but the ladder is tough and I just took a peak, but it is a nice space! The food at the bar itself was overpriced and just so so, but it wasn’t terrible. The drinks were a good price and it was more locals this time of year and they were all friendly. The pool is clean and the hot tub is hot! Overall, we would go back!

Fall Getaway!

LAZY Daze was such an instant treat! From the minute we unlocked the door to the last minutes enjoying the cool fall sun we were mesmerized by this beautiful home and lovely surroundings. This home is by far the cleanest home we have rented. TRUE cleanliness not wipe downs and sprayed deodorizer! This home has intentional care. We were blessed to find it available for us and hope to return next fall! If you get to stay here you too will be grateful!!!

Can't beat it...

We stayed in the 2nd best poolside unit last year, which was right next door, and this one was much better...think screened in porch. We absolutely love the live nightly music! Even if you don't, you don't really notice it inside, and less so in the bedroom. Fabulous place all around and can't wait to come again next year. Just 2 minutes away, you have a grocery store along with a fresh seafood market and 3 of the top restaurants all right together..

Wow! My first 1 star review because this guest refused to read my ad.
“Please note:
This condo overlooks the tiki bar and pool. You will hear live music until 10:00pm most nights.
If you would like a quieter option, please check out our other condo (Slow Mo.) You can search 7529971 on vrbo to find it.”
Also, I encourage all my guests to contact me if they find anything that needs my attention. This guest never reached out to me.
Please overlook this poor review and read the 120 great reviews that show most of our guests love Lazy Daze because of the location and close proximity to the tiki bar. Most of our guest love sitting on the porch and listening to the live music.

Resort entertainment

The unit has the best spot at the resort, right in front of the pool and tiki bar. The pool and music don’t close until 10 so we would enjoy drinks while the kids swam. 10/10
