Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at this house last week with our two small dogs. It was FABULOUS!!! I had trouble with my code when I arrived. I contacted the host, and he quickly answered and let us in the house. Then, he was able to reset it for us. The house was clean, and the backyard was perfect for our six pound dogs. Often times, the backyard listing says fenced, but there is a space under the fence that isn’t secure. There were no spaces or holes for them to escape at this property. The neighbors are very friendly. The kitchen is a great size if you wish to cook at home. The enclosed patio with a fan was nice to have. Wish it would have been a little cooler so we could have enjoyed it more. The house is only a few minutes from the public beaches. Grocery shopping is only a few minutes away as well. We will definitely be returning!!

Publié le 8 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was nice and we loved the fenced in yard accompanied by the screened in porch. The distance from the beach was only five minutes and lots of great restaurants to choose from. The downside for our stay were a few things. The master bed was uncomfortable and hard. The furniture such as chair and couch were very worn. It smelt like an animal had been in there and used the bathroom when we first arrived. There was also animal hair all over the floors. So, we had to sweep and mop the floors really good before we let our children go around. Lastly, the AC was set to go up at certain times throughout the day and we didn’t know how to change it which was bad when we went away for the day because the house would be hot when we would come back and when sleeping throughout the night. Outside of those things, it was a nice place, but not great!

We appreciate the feedback. I have discussed the cleaning issues with my team, and a new chair will be installed next week. Like many hotel rooms, the smart thermostat turns up if it does not sense motion. I have disabled this feature. We will continue to strive to provide an excellent experience for our guest.

Relaxing home
Publié le 5 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayWell equipped, no hot tub as listed. Left suggestion for house keepers on cleaning. Might suggest adding memory foam topper, beds extra firm. Close to everything. My purpose for this trip was Blue Angels home coming..very close for attending. I would stay again.

We spent very good time. Please need to fixed all indoor door lock. All door locks are bad. Other everything was excellent.

Publié le 12 août 2023 sur HomeAwayOverall stay was really good , the house was placed conveniently next to Big Lagoon State Park, beach access, good restaurants and traffic was not too harsh. would recommend changing out to better quality beds. After the first night the quality of the mattress goes down.

We had an issue when we arrived with the lock, but Ken was extremely helpful and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again.
