Great staycation
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful place with a great location. We’re locals celebrating my wife’s birthday and the location couldn’t get much better. The place had everything we needed. The kitchen sponge could have been newer and we flame across a pair of socks in a weird place. We loved all the historic touches. If I was to book it again I would only plan for my wife and I. There was plenty of space for us (6) but just would have been better just the two of us. The balcony is great if you like people watching. Having some shade out there would have made it even better. Still overall a great stay.

Yes, this is a gorgeous apartment, in fact, it’s my favorite of our smaller apartments. And while it does sleep six, it has only one large bathroom. I find that is used most effectively by small families who all want their separate bed. And I agree about the shade on the Balcony. The city of Pensacola decided to cut down the large tree that gave us shade. I believe they plan to replant this winter.
I have passed your comments regarding the kitchen sponge and the mysterious sock along to our housekeeper. Our aim is to present a spotless apartment to our guests to ensure that we will maintain our five star review standing. Our guesst can always call us if they find something amiss so we can take care of it immediately. Please keep this in mind on a future stay. We love our locals. Thank you for choosing us.

Overlooking Palafox
Publié le 14 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a wonderful sanctuary stay in downtown Pensacola. My husband & I have stayed twice in this VRBO and highly recommend it. It's a spacious apartment on the second floor next to the Saenger Theatre on Palafox. The kitchen is well appointed, very nice bathroom, and you can relax on the veranda overlooking Palafox Street. For those staying longer there is a clothes washer and dryer. Instructions and communication were easy.

Just like home with a lovely owner
Publié le 14 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayCame for work. Close to my work. Very happy when I stay here. Safe, clean comfortable. Lots of wood so take care not to scratch the stairs with your luggage. No dragging must be strong and carry up steps

These buildings are 150 years old. I’ve learned that a scratch here and there just adds to the patina. We love having such wonderful guests like you who help us preserve the beauty.

Great place in a perfect location

Anniversary Staycation
Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay at this downtown apartment for our anniversary. The "Palafox Perfection" was beautiful, clean, and quiet. It was perfect for just the two of us, however, if in the future we brought our friends they would have beds of their own. We especially enjoyed being on the patio and looking down onto Palafox Street at night. We had a great time people watching and hearing the street life while being able to converse. We loved the apartment and are definitely thinking of staying again in the future.
