Pleasantly surprised!
Publié le 11 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were there for a nearby wedding and we were overall very happy that we chose to go outside of the box with a houseboat. That said, there are smaller things that could be frustrating to some and likely unavoidable. You are on water and sometimes feel that. There are also noises associated with being on the water, like the anchor hitting the pylon or something in the house swaying. Not huge issues but something to consider. Otherwise it is very beautiful and relaxing out there!

It provides the opportunity to relax and enjoy the comforts of "home" while also being able to experience "marina life". It's quite a unique opportunity for those that choose to give it a whirl.

Perfect!!!
Publié le 3 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe brought the jet skis and watched the Blue Angels, saw dolphins, kayaked at 10 pm under the bridge! I’ve been a lot of places but this was a perfect stay! Location is amazing! Houseboat is top notch and so clean! I don’t want to leave! We want to stay another night at the least. Thank you!

Awesome Houseboat

Clean, friendly people & staff. Enjoyed dinner at the Fish House, Old town and the Blue Angels practice show.

Truly Peaceful and Inviting
