On our way from Texas to the hotel, i was notified several times like a crazy stalker boyfriend about my whereabouts. Then not only was I charged the daily rate prior to my arrival (which I had requested reserve now pay later), but THEN they tacked on a separate $100 deposit when I arrived. If the hotel wants to charge a deposit along with the daily rate, why not simply charge the deposit and then deduct from that?? From a business perspective-the credit card is on file FOR THIS REASON. This was very suspicious and I will have my lawyer review all documents when I return home.

Motel layout - reception is not 24 hrs
Room window faced back of Target which were dumpsters for Target shopping center and not a fan of the overall layout. Outdoor layout like a motel and you could hear everyone walk by carrying a conversation. Unfortunately reception is not 24 hrs and stayed over the weekend, group of drunk people in courtyard being loud kept me up. When I notified the reception the next day, all she said was, “Ohhh sorry about that” Will not stay there again 👎

The place is great and very comfortable and pretty nice staff. However, I feel that the head of the location only wants to cater to a certain group of people and can come off a bit abrasive when consumers are the ones making sure that they are paid by booking there. I'll advise the head to be careful of how they treat their "guest".

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!!!!
Julia and Hillary are awesome! We were evacuating for Hurricane Milton and they were so helpful during this stressful time. The suite was so nice. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can walk to the Publix, Target, and Panera. All the staff were very helpful. I definitely will be staying at StayAPT Suites in the future.
