Publié le 22 juill. 2014 sur Hotelsavec 2 enfants quand jai vu la piscine, il etait hors de question de laisser la dedans. Pansements en surface, sable au fond, etc...une poubelle quoi.
les draps ne sont changes qu une fois par semaine.
Moquette au sol assez douteuse.
Les plus sont la cuisine equipee et la surface de la chambre.
Je suis decu car j avais lu de bonnes critiques mais vraisemblablement on n a pas tous le meme point de vue.

I liked the tile floor instead of carpet. The check in went very smoothly. On the down side, there was no soap or Kleenex or coffee maker in the room .

Great price and pool area was clean. The room was spacious and we liked the kitchenette. The floors seemed dirty and the breakfast was very limited. The beds were comfortable and the hotel outside seemed well kept. We’d stay there again.

Would not stay at this hotel again. The website stated they may charge a damage deposit but would not discuss waiving. Also, I’ve never had to sign off on so many rules and regulations. After moving suitcase into room, went out to dinner. Once returned I noticed I was getting very stuffy so in checking the pullout couch, there were so many stains, and the mattress was full of mold. In checking the rest of room, noticed air vents were so dusty and bathroom mirror still had toothpaste splatter. On further inspection, the microwave was disgusting. Before staying at this hotel, I would definitely inspect.

Jay got us checked into our room quickly and efficiently. He was welcoming as was the other staff member that was there helping him. The rooms were clean and did not smell. The appliances in the kitchen worked well. We were able to get a room right near the pool. The breakfast was simple but it was good. Would absolutely stay here again!

LOVE it! Spacious and comfortable!
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWe had the 2 kings suite. The downstairs is kitchen, living room, and king bedroom with a bathroom. All rooms are open to each other. Upstairs is a loft (no door) with another king bed and 2nd bathroom. 3 TVs (1 in each bedroom and 1 in living room). Full kitchen, but limited supplies. We just bought paper plates and plastic utensils. Ice maker in freezer. Dishwasher and soap provided. Pool and hot tub were nice. Animal friendly with plenty of space to walk dog. Beautiful breezeways between buildings keep kids out of parking lot.
Note that ALL 2 King bed suites are on 2nd floor because the ceilings are vaulted.
Breakfast is nothing to be excited over, just basic items. And the view is the interstate. But we selected this room for the spaciousness and the king beds, so we didn't care about view and breakfast.
The floor needs to be mopped, but most everything else was clean.
