The service was great. The hotel suite was a decent size; however, there was leftover trash in my room. Also, there was a half eaten breakfast sandwich in the microwave. The sofa bed mattress has brown rust like dust under it and the top of it had multiple stains. The breakfast was not that great either. I’m only giving this hotel a 2 because of the location and the customer service at the front desk.

Everything was fine except being locked out for over an hr the guy was wasn't clothes and didn't heare knock. Bad experience

Valerie,I apologize that you experienced not being able to get into the hotel. We require that you use your room key to access any door leading to the outside and the front door is locked at 10PM for our guest safety and security. There is a phone, located outside of the lobby door, that rings the front desk. I am not sure what went wrong, but I can assure you that this is an isolated incident, and I have shared your experience with our team to make sure it is an isolated incident. We invited you to stay with us again and maybe a mobile key will prevent this from occurring again.
