Had the best wedding here!
Property completely exceeded expectations. We had about 14 people stay, very comfortably for 3 days. Greatroom is huge and so pretty and open. We had a beach wedding then had around 40 guests join us for a celebration after and this hosted it so well. The elevator was a lifesaver to help carry stuff up to the 2nd and third floors. 5 Stars!perfectly. elevatorsavto

Perfect location for my daughter's beach wedding. Easy access to beach and the ground floor was perfect for a nice, cozy reception afterwards Beds were comfortable. Minor miscommunication to start regarding access code very quickly rectified, without any delay

Great Time at Vitamin Sea
We had a terrific vacation at the Vitamin Sea rental property. My entire family (15 persons of all ages) stayed one week there for or family vacation. We are from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The entire place was spotless, the air conditioning worked great, and we had plenty of ice for all our beverages and plenty of hot water for showering. All in all a great experience. Family vacation
Wonderful family time at Vitamin Sea. We had 8 adults and 6 children including newborn. Plenty of space for everyone. Front porch sitting early mornings and late afternoons was a favorite. Easy walk to beach and the grands loved riding bikes there. We cooked every meal and we were pleased with the kitchen supplies. We had a few minor issues that were handled efficiently with no inconvenience to us.

What dreams are made of!✨🌊🐠🐚
We rented this home for our wedding and reception. We have 6 kids between the the two of us and one grandbaby. There wasn’t a thing the host didn’t think about! We never found ourselves needing anything and family couldn’t stop complementing the home! From the decor to the the location, this place is top notch! 10 star rating!!!we did struggle with some communication initially. That was the only complaint.

Beautiful home, poorly taken care of property
House is beautiful. Location is wonderful. Sand inside refrigerator shelves. Every towel and washcloth smelled of mold, like they weren’t dried completely before being put away. Trash and bottle caps in front and backyard (we cleaned up). We had to rewash and dry all towels. We just found out we’re being charged (almost 2 weeks after stay) for a chair that we did not use, because it had wobbly legs. Furniture looked dirty, we found 17 beer bottles, cans and food wrappers in the patio furniture on the balconies when we first got to property. We assumed the property manager was aware of the state of her property, not that we’d be charged for her damaged goods. Our daughter got married 2 days after we arrived and we just didn’t want to dampen her happy times with complaining about the property. Slide out trash can in cabinets didn’t close properly The list goes on. Sheets in daybed had some sort of blue stains on them… on and on. Very suprised owner is trying to charge us for her used and damaged furniture.

Beautiful beach house!!
My friends and I stayed here for our spring break vacation and we had such a wonderful experience! The house is gorgeous, with great views of the water! The public beach access was a short 3 minute walk from the house, and the included bikes and beach chairs were a great plus. The hosts were very good at communicating with us and were very nice. We went to Juana's Pagodas multiple times, which was about 2 miles from the house, the food was amazing and we had a blast playing sand volleyball. Overall, this beach house is wonderful for a big group of friends/family to stay in and we made so many great memories.

Nice house, but not the cleanest!
This is a nice house, but it’s sad that they aren’t taking better care of it! The sheets and bed spread in the master bedroom were very dirty.. 2 other bed spreads had stains on them.. one was even blood stains, easily noticed on a white and blue striped spread. In between bed frame and box spring on the sides of the master bed was a build up of dirt that could have easily been vacuumed out. All of the bathroom rugs were dirty. We had 3 extra garbage bags in the kitchen for 14 people for 5 days. 2 kitchen towels and no dish cloth. They have lots of kettles. They do have a lot of beach stuff and bikes downstairs so that is very nice… even a wagon to carry chairs etc to the beach & to haul your stuff in.The elevator was a big plus for people that can’t do stairs. And it is neat that you can actually see the beach because of the empty lot across the road. The set up on the top floor is not the best for 3 families as 2 of the bedrooms have doors into the same bathroom. It would work great for parents and children, but we had 3 families up there, so one had to use the bathroom off the kitchen and that has a free standing sink, so not any counter top. It did have a very musty smell.. especially noticed it right at the top of the stairs from the basement and it almost looked like mildew growing in the top corner of the master shower. I think with a little tlc this could be the best! We had a lot of fun! Love the open floor plan!

Sweetest memories!
Our family just loved staying here so much! What precious memories we have! We had 3 families and Nana, with 8 little cousins! The house is absolutely beautiful, tons of room, and we loved relaxing on the front porch, eating meals together, and the kids all loved all of the sand toys, and the ping pong table! We all loved the beach so much, the walk to it is very short, but we also rented a golf cart, which was great with all the little kids and Beach stuff! We also rented several chairs and umbrellas, and that was so nice to have set up each morning. The water was crystal clear all week, and such a beautiful blue! So many sweet memories, we can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful Vacation
We absolutely loved this property. Location, floor plan, closeness to the beach, stores and away from the crowds. This was ideal for my adult children and their families and I to get together and spend some quality time. We cooked big meals in the equipped kitchen, slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds and took advantage of the bicycles and beach toys. Looking forward to doing this again.

Wedding Day
We stayed for our wedding, had plenty room for the family & kids. Great location. It was three houses down from one of the beach entrances. Everything was clean when we checked in and had plenty of amenities. The house stayed nice and cool especially with the Florida heat. The elevator was a nice feature especially when it came to needing to carry in groceries or our luggage up the stairs. Will definitely recommend to our friends who are looking to stay!!
