Publié le 20 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is dated, but clean. It will sleep 6 due to the bunk beds and couch that turns into bed. It was comfortable for two people. The internet is horrible and the TV kept buffing. The view is awesome. There are a few things that should be updated, but it worked for us.

Would’ve been nice to have some household staples like salt and pepper, trash bags, and ziplocks. available because unlike most people traveling to Perdido Key we flew in so we couldn’t pack those items. The parking garage is TINY. Overall the condo was nice and the view was next to none! Definitely would stay here again if the listing was cleaner.

Perfect for us
Publié le 29 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayWas exactly what I expected, it was clean and quiet. The elevators were really fast. We had plenty of towels and other linen. Loved the comfy chairs on the balcony. This unit could have used an ice maker. We had a great stay and may come again.

Location snd unit just as described
Publié le 3 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayI had a problem . When I came up from the beach there was a work man in my unit! I was not informed about this! He was not nice and it was scary. The unit has a passcode that ALL people with VACASA have. Also, there is NO interior lock to lock at night: meaning no deadbolt or even chain! There is no safe box, so I would not bring any valuables because anyone working with VACASA can enter your property on a universal entry code. I would also not leave a teenager in the unit alone for the same reason.

Check in and cleanliness
Publié le 5 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayLocation was great. The email for the check in did not give the correct elevator code. The elevators were messing up. No one could help on the phone. I messaged the owner....no response. The room is located on the 15th floor, the elevator stops at 13. We had only half of the code needed, but eventually figured it out with some help from another condo owner. We finally got in the room and settled around 8 pm. The bedroom and bathrooms reeked of urine! It was so horrible. We sprayed and sprayed, kept the doors closed, and slept in the living room bc you could still smell it in the hall where the bunks were. I messaged the owner again...no response to this day! Our stay was almost two weeks ago. The scenery, beautiful. The condo was as well, but the issues made for a miserable visit. I ended up booking another night at a hotel just to have time to do things, even though we were supposed to leave the next day. There's no excuse for what happened, nor is there one for never responding to two different messages. The condo should have never been rented out in the state it was left in.
