Thank you for the positive rating of our waterfront Penticton hotel. Our team strives to make our guests stay enjoyable. We offer many activities, such as our partnership with Epic Cycling, who provide bike rentals and SUPs at a discount to our guests. We also have a relaxing garden area with a fire pit and Muskoka chairs, BBQs and seating with pergolas. Our waterfront location, right across from Okanagan Lake, is conveniently located to several restaurants and family activities. Bring your fur baby and stay in one of our pet friendly rooms. We are also close to the Kettle Valley Rail trail and so many wineries in the beautiful Okanagan.

Cute renovation to this old motel. The rooms are small and the plumbing isn't the best, but it has character and appears well maintained.

Stay at Kettle Valley was wonderful. Property is well maintained and the outdoor seating area a bonus. Proximity to touring was perfect. Attention and availability of staff was stellar. AC was a touch loud and would have appreciated being able to open a window for a fresh breeze. However, this did not spoil the stay.

Location and amenities are good, we had everything we needed for a short stay. The kitchen and bathroom are quite small but have everything you need.

The room updates looked great and the accessibility to the lake and close by restaurants were the best thing about this hotel. The unfortunate drawbacks here were some cleanliness issues in the washroom, and the thinness of the walls as we had trouble sleeping due to the echos of a snoring neighbour.
