For the cost per night, I was expecting more. There was so much hair in the tub that it took forever to drain, and there was shaving hair all over the floor in the bathroom. I'm not sure if I was near an office, but with thin walls, I could hear a lot of banging. The parking spots are tiny and tight. Do not recommend it if you have a medium to large vehicle.

Excellent value, spacious room with an awesome view of the lake & surroundings & balcony to truly enjoy it. Great dining as well. Sorry to leave !

No staff, everything automated. Where is the ice machine? Coffee but no tea. Never again!

Yes, we have automated some things unlike other Penticton hotels, such as self-check-in with a door code, rather than a key. This allows you to arrive on your schedule, not that of front-desk staff. That doesn’t mean we don’t have staff – we live on-site, and our Guest Messaging App, that so many guests rave about, connects guests with us at any time. We automated AI on the app so if you ask where ice is, you get an immediate response directing you to the ice machine. We would have gladly supplied tea. We are a little different from other Hotels, but we hope you give our Okanagan Resort another try.

Thank you for the positive rating, helping our Penticton hotel shine as an Okanagan Resort. We would love to know what we could do to make us a 10 out of 10 for Penticton hotels. Our team focused on making sure rooms are clean. With Epic Cycling, offering bike rentals and SUPs at a discount to our guests, along with our 3 decks (observation, BBQ and sun), there is plenty to do. Plus we are right across from Okanagan Lake, close to the KVR trail and so many wineries in the beautiful Okanagan. We offer pet friendly rooms!

Incredible help and service from the staff. Communication was exceptional. I would definitely go back. Simple but everything that I needed to enjoy the Ironman weekend.

They asked us to park our second car in a sketchy area pretty far from the property by a big dark park. There was plenty on site.

Our property is happy to provide 1 free parking space for each of our guests. We are happy to assist guests with options for second vehicles, and ensure they are aware of ticket and towing areas.
