Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom home in Penticton! Our home is located in a quiet downtown neighborhood located within walking distance to Okanagan Lake beach, Naramata bench wineries and breweries, the famous Penticton Farmer's Market, and all the Okanagan Valley has to offer! You are literally a 5 minute drive or a short walk from everything the Penticton region has to offer! An absolutely fantastic location.

The space

Our home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, furnished with queen beds in two of the rooms and a double bed in the other room. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found in the living room utilizing the pullout couch. Please contact us if you are interested in an 8 person accommodation. Additionally, our home features a large open concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, kitchen island sit-up bar, couch and entertainment system, and 1.5 bathrooms. The unit is equipped with Wi-fi, cable, and all essential amenities including in-suite laundry. Our home also has central air conditioning and a patio set including a fire table and a Napoleon BBQ as seen in the photos.

Guest access

Our home is walking distance to downtown restaurants, breweries, farmers market, yoga studio, and about a 15 minute walk to Okanagan Lake. The beach is accessible through a wonderful walking / biking path from our home. The same walking path also takes you onto the KVR trail. We are a short drive to the Naramata bench where your wine touring awaits. No smoking, no pets.

This is a City of Penticton approved Vacation Rental property, where you will find many in Penticton that are not. You may be at risk of loosing your reservation if booking a non-registered vacation property, so please beware!

Additionally, we own both the front and back of this duplex. Both units were rented as vacations homes last summer with all 5 star reviews. The link can be found here:

The house was very clean and beautiful. It was walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. There were definitely a few things that needed attention like bathtub was not draining water, the coffee was expired 3 months ago and the some of the cooking pans were so bad that we couldn’t use them. We tried contacting the host numerous time but never got a reply back,We were very frustrated about that.

Awesome place close to everything!
Kyle was amazing to deal with for booking. The place was beautiful and very comfy beds. Staying here you’re just a 15 min walk from everything downtown. We will for sure come stay here again next time we visit Penticton!

Lovely property within walking distance to beach
Very new & clean property was perfect for our group. Everything worked great including the barbeque and firepit & the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Only criticism would be that it is not very soundproof & cupboards could use some of those little buffer pads (had a really hard time putting baby to sleep). But overall, great stay & communications with owner we're very quick and easy.

We had a great stay, it was very central and the home was clean and had everything we needed. The city was working on the road while we were staying which was a minor inconvenience but overall didn't affected our stay too much. Would highly recommend!

Very good space and well equipped. Location was great,we walked everywhere and easy to get to wine country.Our only Complaint would be that the front patio had no shade in the hot afternoon and evening.An umbrella would have been nice as we enjoyed the outdoor space.Lovely week with our adult children
