Great location....but
Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HotelsGreat location. Room was ok but walls are paper thin my partner didn't get any sleep due to the poor woman in the next room coughing all night. No towels and staff is non existent....you have to go 2 doors up to find someone and no answer on the front desk phone... When I checked in the lady was outside chatting with a bunch of people and even though we pulled up and parked right in front and I went in and out a couple of times, rang the bell and called... another guest told me she was outside smoking and that he would get her for me. I would have just left BUT non refundable.

Hi Shahna, Sorry to hear that your experience with us was less than ideal. I have spoken with the team and reviewed all of the camera footage and have come to understand that our front desk person was out back helping the team at the ice cream stand.It was our soft launch for the season and she forgot to bring the cordless phone and, clearly, did not put up the proper signage at the front desk.Again, our apologies for the inconvenience.Please feel free to contact me directly next time you're planning to come to Penticton and I can make extra arrangements for a perfect stay with us.

I went with my husband to get away from home for 3 days to relaxing, first time to stay in waterfront inn, we liked and the area around, for sure we want to go back soon ..
