Nice place to stay - would definitely stay again

The staff were friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was we had paid for breakfast, unbeknown to us however it was no longer being made available to guests. A refund was given in lieu .

Had a good few dsys thereat hotel and will be going back

Publié le 10 août 2022 sur HotelsNyrenoverat rum . Bra sängar . Rummet vi fick var ett litet rum med separata sängar , men fullt acceptabelt . WC med dusch . Rent och snyggt.
Trevligt värdpar .
Pub i bottenplan men inget som vi stördes av.
Nära centrala delarna av Penzance. 10 min gångväg till tåg- och busstationen .
Återkommer gärna , är mycket nöjda med boendet.

Raymond and staff were great, very helpful with local knowledge. You are above a tavern, the local clientele are wonderful to chat with, sing with and generally have a great time! Excellent breakfast as well, more than you can eat!

Despite being above a pub, the room was quiet and comfortable with a rather nice view. Everyone was helpful and kind. Agood experience all around.

Not worth the money !!
Publié le 12 juill. 2022 sur HotelsWe stayed here for 3 days during the heatwave, weather was gorgeous but room was unbelievably HOT one tiny fan made no difference whatsoever !! twin room was very small and we both felt a bit claustrophobic, window catch was broken and had to 'prop' things in there to keep it open, bathroom smelt of drains the whole time we were there, shower kept over-flowing...probably due to a blocked drain !! NO food other than a pre-bookable Sunday roast, and no Rose' wine !! Lot of money...for not a lot, plus it is a hike back uphill every time you go out...won't be staying again :-(
