We note your comments with regards to your stay and we will take measures to sort these issues out, did you complain whilst staying with us? Only we would always try our very best to move guests to a different room if they are not happy?

Pour : Confort dalle de bain , chambre spacieuse.
Contre : Isolation phonique...captage television(pas d'explication)
Emplacement : Charlestown harbour musee maritime+site
Bon accueil, terrasse agreable,
Petit dejeuner pas avant 8h30...un peu tardif.

They offer a nice breakfast and the location and parking are great.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room very clean, comfy beds and pillows good nights sleep. Great food especially the selection of desserts and a freshly cooked breakfast. Perfectly positioned to get to all the local sights.

Please avoid, very poor experience. Our shower did not work and particular staff were rude, rolling eyes at guests, seemed to have guests who were their friends and were rude to others. The noise was unbearable, there was music and a DJ playing that you could hear all the way down the promenade and in our room which was above the noise, it was the only thing you could hear. We were not informed that this would be the case by staff. We made the decision to check out a day early as we were unable to relax. Very upsetting experience and unless you are a big pub goer I would avoid at all costs.

Sorry to hear about your experience. The electric shower was never brought to our attention but was checked this morning and was working fine, obviously if we were informed we would have taken action. As for the music, this is something we put on during the daytime on a Sunday during the summer and finishes no later than 7.30 and is always received well by everyone, information is posted on our website and the notice board in the entrance.

Good for a few days, good breakfast and location. Parking isn’t the easiest and the room had no AC and was incredibly stuffy. Bathroom pretty small.

Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HotelsThe Inn is run by the loveliest bunch of people that you could hope to meet. They were so accommodating and friendly, tried to help make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible, also giving advice on the local area. Would love to return. Kids had a great time too and were thrilled with the room. Shower was hot with decent pressure, the beds were comfortable and in room amenities were perfect. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice of hot food. More fruit choices would be the only other thing that we could have wished for. The location is great. Jubilee Pool (outdoor thermal swimming pool) is a short walk away. The coastline can be followed in either direction towards st Michael’s Mount or Mousehole. Penzance harbour is also close by for boat tours.
