Car thieves and a murder

Good communication, but not a family space
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house is small. It was not big enough for a family of 5 and a couple of friends to spend time together comfortably in the common areas. There was an effort made in decor, but there were weird smells throughout and not deep cleaned. It was not dirty, but not quite clean either. Matthew's chat communications were responsive, but he can't change the layout.

Becky, you are correct the place cannot have large gatherings. As advertised, this listing has only 3 bedrooms 1 bath. This is also why we do have strict policy on large gatherings.

Awesome location in Peoria Heights!

Great for small families or couples/friends. Host was very responsive. Lots of updates and very clean.

Publié le 8 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWell located. No Fire extinguisher, first aid kit or hairdryer in the home. Dishwasher and outdoor barbecue grill were dirty and unusable.
Bedding and sheets were clean.

I apologize for the lack of the items you mentioned. Unfortunately, they were taken from the previous guest. That said I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have full restored them!

Clean, quiet, comfy!

everything they needed for their stay. It was in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, which was often patrolled by the local police.
This was our first experience with VRBO and we will definitely be coming back here again to book! Our host, matthew, was very accommodating and super easy to work with. Communication with him was spot on!

Nice place to stay
