Not EV Friendly

I specifically selected this hotel after calling to confirm that they had a EV charger on site or within walking distance. I was told to convention center had one unfortunately both of the terminals were inoperable. Which meant I spent over an hour looking for a suitable charging station for my electric vehicle it was up at 3:30 in the morning, trying to find it so I could get back home. If the hotel is going to recommend those EV stations, they should make sure they actually work because unlike a gas vehicle. It may take quite a bit more effort to find the appropriate accommodation for an electric vehicle. If they are not sure they should not make the recommendation, especially since they are unable to assist people with getting to and from an EV station.
