Bad cigarette smoke smell. Not convenient to park - in the back, had to walk almost to the end with my belongings (I am 74) and there was a door 2 places down which would have been more convenient to park but sign said “Use Other Door” so I had to tote ALL my things 3/4 way down a hall. Also, there was no one at the desk when I went to check out at 4am and it said there would be someone there 24/7.

I love the suites however no hot water in 164, 169, etc is not acceptable. There's also way too much police activity for a property that's not a long/short term rental

I would not recommend staying here if you do not smoke. The room smell like cigarettes. Also the building, the hallways smell like cigarettes. We only stay one night and notice suspicious activity right away. Also, there was a hard knocking at our door at 4am. It was scary. It was some guy asking for money. We did not have hot water and there was an infestation of ants. We had NO other choices but to stay there for one night. Honestly if you have kids I would think before staying here. Also asthma The rooms are big with a fridge. But almost useless with the ant infestation. Unless you don’t mind having ants all over your food. The entrance back door does not lock so anyone can just come in. But otherwise it is a big room with lots of storage.

Nice but property around the blg had broken glasses & trash around parked cars that has flat tires.. carpenting in hallway needed to be vaccumed but otherwise it was nice & comfy needed extra pillows but didn't get it..
