Please note for future bookings with us, when booking specifically for the pool, to let our Front Desk staff know, we could have found another alternative to ensure you could swim by contacting one of our sister properties.

I was very surprised to find this hotel in the condition it was in. My room was not very clean, dusty, carpet wasn’t very clean, both the toilet a tub was stopped up. I has to keep flushing the toilet and when running the shower the tub would fill up very fast. I then pulled the cover back and there was a bug crawling on the base mattress. I immediately left. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

A Truly Wonderful Experience!
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWe stayed there a week and plan to return next year. The staff was incredible! They certainly did everything they could to make their guests comfortable! One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the jacuzzi! After the third day the jacuzzi went down but before the following morning it was up and running. A tasty breakfast was prepared every morning and the cook was most congenial. The room was delightful! It was more of a suite than a regular room and was delightful! My husband could sleep in the bed in total darkness while I read a book in another part of the room. The environment is quite lovely and a few mini-shopping centers were close by. We ate at a couple of enjoyable restaurants in those centers. I highly recommend this hotel!

Hot tub didn’t work the first night but did work the second night, the staff were amazing all around, some of the nicest people I’ve had in the hotel service so far
