My 93-year-old father and I were quite taken aback to find that there was no elevator and he was expected to walk up stairs to get to our room. (When I asked for a room on the first floor, I was accommodated quickly, however, and this I appreciated.) I read a message on the mirror that towels would be replenished every third day. We had been there since Thursday, Sept. 5 and, as of Sunday the next week it had not been done. My dad was upset because the water faucet only had a trickle of water coming out of it. He asked for it to be looked at, and I think it was, but nothing changed. He suspected that it was "rigged" so too much water would not be used. On Wednesday, Sept. 11 (I believe) a woman did ask us if we wanted our room cleaned. I, of course, said yes. I will say that I kept forgetting my room keys and was never questioned when I asked for another one. I'm sure the employees there work hard and are only doing what the corporation asks them to do, so it's not their faults.

Excellent choice after long, long drive. Quiet, clean, and friendly fast check in. Limited parking area for truck and trailers

Good staff but hotel needs updating!
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsThe stay itself was good. The room had black mold on the wall in the bathroom growing out of the Sheetrock the carpet was filthy and needed updating. There is no safety locks on the doors just the typical bolt lock that unlocks with the turn of the handle. The place definitely needs some cleaning and updating. But overall the stay was good the staff was friendly and accommodating.
