Wonderful stay at Hacienda Castilla
Publié le 23 mars 2018 sur HotelsThe hotel Hacienda Castilla is great. it is a 380 year old house very well adapted for a hotel, with the comforts and amenities of a modern hotel. Great mix of history and comfort! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone seeking a "hacienda" experience.
The staff was fantastic, warm and friendly. They were always there, ready to help, but not intrusive. Very professional, but at the same time they gave the hotel a homey feeling.
Food was great.
If I have anything to complain about, is that it is on the pricey side.
However, I recommend it hands down; we would definitely go back and stay there again.

Emplacement : This is conveniently located, not too far from the airport, and is an excellent, from which to explore the coffee region.
This is a comfortable and relaxing hotel, which is full of character. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

the only thing that needs work , is their diner menu , we did mention ideas being from the industry , and it seems well received!! hopefully they will work on that , and that would me make this place a great stop while in pereira!!
