The best of Upper Bucks county on over 10 acres of beautiful land. Whether you're visiting in the summer or the middle of winter this home has activities for all four seasons! Welcome Spring with blooming foliage poolside, spend all day swimming, sunbathing, and grilling in the summer, gather around the fire pit in the fall, or host a dinner party at perhaps one of the largest tables you've ever seen in the winter months!

You'll know you've made the right choice upon pulling into the tree-lined driveway. Our hope is the stresses of everyday life will melt away with the serene sights and sounds of your vacation home!

The entire 10 acres are flat and perfect for all kinds of outdoor activities. The pool area is fenced with large hardscaped surfaces complete with ample outdoor furniture, outdoor dining tables, and gas grill.

Inside, you'll also have no shortage of space and things to do. The home is equipped with two full kitchens, 3.5 baths, 8 bedrooms, and a plethora of living/entertaining spaces.

The kitchen in the main part of the home is fully stocked and features a center island with seating along with a peninsula with additional seating, AND a dining table for 4. Directly off the kitchen are 4 fantastic spaces. First is a living room with TV, gas fireplace, and comfy couch/chairs. off the living room is an impressive dining room with massive table and seating for 14. Third, is a pool table room w/ TV and additional seating. Finally... and perhaps my favorite part of the home is the rear sunroom overlooking the pool and expansive green space.

The upstairs of the main part of the home houses 6 bedrooms and 2 full baths. At the top of the stairs are 3 bedrooms accompanied by a hall bath. Bedroom 1 has a king bed along with a twin over twin bunk, bedroom 2 has a queen bed along with a twin over twin bunk as well, and bedroom 3 has a full size bed. The east wing of the second floor contains three more bedrooms along with a full bath, and breakfast nook with a beverage cooler and cabinetry. Bedroom 4 has a king bed, bedroom 5 has a queen bed, and finally bedroom 6 is accessed by walking through bedroom 5 and contains a twin over full bunk.

Moving back down to the first level and into the west wing of the home or the "extended family" portion of the home you'll find a den with TV and full size sofa bed. Off the den is a small bedroom with a twin over twin bunk and the third full bath. In the rear of this part of the home is the second kitchen along with a game room outfitted with a foosball table, TV, NBA jam, and Golden Tee arcade games!

Finally, the upstairs of the west wing of the home has the final bedroom which contains a queen bed along with two twin beds. This is a loft area with beautiful views through a large picture window of the backyard.

Two things we would suggest: Please put pool handle bars by the walk-in entrance. It helps out the older adults. Perhaps condider a pocket door from the closet to the master king bedroom on the far east wing. This would allow the both bed areas to be much more private. Although I realize though that this set may be good for a family. Thank you for this stay. The house was well stocked. And all kinds of fun spaces too! We loved having use of the pool in September. The entire family thought this house was so convenient to our wedding venue next door! Thank you!

Well appointed and comfortable home
Very well maintained and outfitted home. Comfortable with excellent beds and a well equipped kitchen. The PM was responsive and helpful. Listing shows 22 guests, but while this is technically true, we suggest carefully reviewing the rooms and bed counts as this home is set up with shared rooms which may work for families with kids, but not always for adults unless one assumes a group home approach. One of the rooms (perhaps counted as 3 person unit) has no hallway access. Consequently, privacy can be an issue. The confirmation describes 20 guests. The listing 22. All in all it's very well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommended but "sleeps 22" is a quite a stretch unless it's families with kids. We were 13 adults of which 5 couples and 3 non related singles. If there had been other adult guests, they would have been forced to bunk up with other guests which would have been awkward.

Great house for the family get-together
Large house with great AC, two kitchens and tons of beds & bedrooms. Billiard room is great. Large dining room (we didn't use) and great swimming pool. There was no hot tub though one was in the listing. All doors to pool area are alarmed which provided a nice level of extra security for the littles. Great location for a family celebration, lots of room and very quiet. A great stay was had by all.

Awesome Stay!

We loved our short, busy time here. We are a large family and we were together for our youngest son's wedding. Our grandchildren kept referring to the house as a mansion. Great property
Overall great experience. Pictures online don’t do it justice, place is even nicer! We came with 15-17 people and there was Plenty of room, pool is wonderful, check in seamless. You’re about 5-10 minutes away from anything you want. Would highly recommend and if the opportunity presents itself I would make a return trip.

This Home is Simply Beautiful!!!
My family and I enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous spacious home! This home was fully loaded for a more convenient and comfortable stay. The pool was an added bonus for my family as most homes do not offer this amenity. Check in/Check out was super easy. Wonderful property and wonderful host
We were at the house for an extended family vacation. The house was perfect for our needs. There are a number of "family suite" areas, a lot of entertainment for kids, and the house was well stocked for an easy stay (kitchen dishes/glass/pots/etc, lots of pool towels, etc). The host was wonderful and went out of his way to accommodate our needs as things came up. Recommend the house and area. We would stay here again!

Perfect home in beautiful bucks county location
Our family stayed at this beautiful home for our daughters wedding which was located right next door! It was the perfect location for us to be next to the event. The house was immaculate, stocked with everything we needed, the grounds and pool were beautifully maintained. We had plenty of space and there are separate wings which allows for privacy if several families stay together! The pool table, games, arcade, pool , basketball court, fire pit enjoyed by all! It was a great weekend and highly recommend the house!!

Exactly as advertised
The property is exactly as advertised and the photos give an accurate description of the property. It was extremely clean and well stocked with all the necessary kitchen equipment and glassware. The outdoor space is very nice with a fire pit we used for making s’mores, heated pool and a grill that we also used. The fourteen adults and three children were very comfortable in the house. Great property.

Great place for large group
Our large group had a great time at this house. The main draw of the property is the pool, which was kept in excellent condition. We saw the pool maintainece company come a few times to clean it, which we appreciate. The house is spacious. clean and gennerally exceeded our expectations. We had a no ipad rule, but the kids spent hours on the old arcade games in the house. There was inoperatable dishwasher, but the host Jeff was fantastic in resolving this and it was never really an issue as there are two kitchens. Communicating with Jeff was great. In regards to two kitchens, in my experience its a huge convienence for a large group as there less of a concern for firdge or freezer space. A couple of things could be improved. Some of guests noted the beds were too soft for them. The kitchen could be better stocked with better/more sheet pans and other pans. Though we were able to use the BBQ and its great that the gas is plumbed in, the unit has seem better days. The outside area chould use some shade with a canopy or large umbrellas. Overall, it was a great experience and we were lucky to have stayed there.

Property is very well kept. Very clean and well organized. Communication with owner prompt and responsive. Lots of spaces for different size groups to gather and activiities--pool for swimming and pool table!-- for young and old. Would definately rent again.
