Great house in peaceful area outside of Stillwater
Posted Nov. 4, 2024 on HomeAwayThe house has been updated and feels very spacious and inviting. The area is peaceful and dark - perfect for star-gazing just like the listing says. The house had everything we needed and the check-in process was a breeze. The host was very prompt with communication and replies. I highly recommend this property.

Not as much room as advertised in the house
Posted Apr. 26, 2024 on HomeAwayListing said it can sleep 12 although it was hard to see how 12 people could sleep comfortably. The homemade restroom door was also very noisy on the sliding rails and no privacy as you can see in between the wood planks. The bathtub also did not drain very well. Although the owners were very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the spacious outdoor area and bringing our pet. The location was very convenient to OSU!

Oh No!! Yeah it is a very tight fit when you sleep 12. The two rooms with the bunks also have the mattress on the floor. One on top two on the full size bed below and one on the floor mattress (4 people) in two of the rooms equaling 8!! Then you have the master that sleeps two and the pull out sofa that sleeps two. So although there are beds for 12 I personally wouldn’t bring 12 people! The times it has houses that many have been sports teams staying for a camp at OSU. Which seems to work out well for them. The tub was a little clogged too! I took care of that also, when someone actually told me about it! That door is homemade! It’s so cute isn’t it!? Sorry it was to noisy for you. I’m not sure what you mean, but maybe the roller was loud? The door has been up for a year and a half and I guess it was shrinking or something because it did seem to have a little wider seems between the planks than it did when we put it together. I have addressed that also. Thank you for your feedback! I have no way of knowing if my guests don’t let me know. I just really wish you could have addressed these things then and not in a publicly review… I could have had those things fixed in a jiffy for you during your stay. Why did it take you a month to make this review?… Anyway I truly apologize for any inconvenience. I’m so glad you enjoyed the rest of it and the location in proximity to OSU. Thanks for staying!

Had all the necessities
Posted Oct. 20, 2023 on HomeAwayOverall, good place. A few small things that could have been better. Couldn’t figure out how to turn off kitchen light. Beds were not comfortable. Grill ran out of gas halfway through cooking burgers.
Loved the outdoor space and the fire pit was a great gathering area.

Our stay
Posted Jun. 22, 2023 on HomeAwayThis house was perfect for our basketball team. The pictures were accurate. Enough beds to house us coaches and our boys. The backyard is big and spacious allowing us to have a nice game of kickball. They also have horse shoes and cornhole games giving us something to do in between our basketball games. We will definitely stay here when we return next year. Thanks ladies!

Short Getaway
Posted Jun. 12, 2023 on HomeAwayWe took a last minute trip and needed a place to stay. Found this place and so glad we did. Cute house not far from Stillwater, enough room for our family and dogs. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend to family and friends.
