Would not stay here again .

The bed was comfortable but we had to ask for an extra blanket and the phone did not work . The room and bathroom needed updating and or repair . Very disappointing for the price. The breakfast was good and staff friendly .

The place badly needs a facelift. The heating and AC unit in the room was very poor. I had a hard time getting to sleep because it didn’t cool well and the fan was weak. The back door to the parking lot that was supposed to require a room key to access was unlocked at all times, and I assume it didn’t work. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. Breakfast was poor.

Very old Hampton Inn. AC was out in the lobby so could not eat breakfast there. Carpet was torn and old, but room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

What was "unique" was there were fans running in all the common areas. Not sure if there was a water issue or what. First room was unacceptable. I accidentally booked an "accessible" room, which we didn't really need and would have been ok but the nasty smelling bathroom, peeling wallpaper, broken night window shade, and overwhelming bleach smell made it uninhabitable. We were promptly moved to another room. It was "ok" for just one night of sleeping and a shower. This hotel has seen better days, the receptionist took care of us and it all worked out but the value seemed more inline with the $70/night places all around in the same area, not 3x the rate we were charged.

Front desk - asked about water since we are Hilton members - was told for the price I received no water Room was noisy could hear Highway traffic I do not recommend
