Tres bon hôtel

Perry est une petite ville mais quelle surprise de trouver cet hôtel. Des l entrée on sent la propreté des lieux. Le personnel est aimable. La piscine et la salle de sport sont propres. La chambre est spacieuse. Attention toutefois au petit déjeuner, la machine a pancake était hors service et le choix n était pas très varié. Sinon dans l ensemble c est un bon hôtel

Contre : La piscine dont le fond de l'eau était "recouvert".
Idéal comme pause lors de notre auto tour. N'avons pas visité la ville.

1st room we were in smelled really bad and had mold spots all over lamp shade. Was moved to another room which smelled better but trash and food particles under bed and just seemed over all dirty.

Rooms felt damp, including the carpet and beds. Toilet flapper ball wasn’t sealing properly so the tank wouldn’t fill up. Breakfast omelettes were dry and tasteless.

The entire ordeal was very much so horrible checking into the property after 3 Hour Dr. to be told that there was $100 deposit for the night when I wasn’t given that information after calling to make sure the reservation was still effective and that they knew I was coming in and would be a late check-in to arrive at the property Without a physical debit card to place the deposit for the night stay as from what I understand is $100 deposit for in town rentals not out of town guests so I ended up sleeping in my vehicle being that I did not have access to an ATM or my physical card to withdraw money at 2 AM in the morning I’m very dissatisfied with this property

We are so very sorry you had problems checking in. Most hotels do require an incidental hold or a deposit upon arrival. It is also posted on the Expedia Website that a government-issued photo ID and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges. I hope you will still consider IHG Hotels & Resorts for your future travels. Again, we sincerely apologize and hope you have a good day.
