Storms knocked out Power but still was a nice hote
Publié le 27 juin 2024 sur HotelsThere was a bad storm and the Power went out at the Hotel. There were no instructions as to what to do, etc except that we could get into our room. A woman traveling alone on business wasn't crazy about not having lights on in a hotel and thankfully they came back on about 2 hours or so later or 930 p.m. There was no internet to work that evening due to the power outage. I guess they did the best they could, but there were several trucks parked under the entrance making it difficult for me to run from my car to get into the hotel from the storm and then they had to pry open the doors to let me in. NO note on the door about the power Outage. Just glad no one got hurt.

Ants and my door didn’t close and lock

The door to the room wouldn't lock with deadbolt. We arrived very late and frankly didn't want to deal with it as was exhausted. Only way to lock door to room was with privacy latch. Pathetic you would offer a room that doesn't have basic security feature. Front desk manager notified in the am, says "oops, we will look at that". Room 218.
