Peaceful Labor Day Weekend

Beware on the lower tides getting out to navigable waters can be challenging but this is nothing more than being awzre of the tide stages and planning accordingly. Will definitely return in the future

Great Location…AWESOME Breeze
Posted Jul. 17, 2024 on HomeAwayVery clean/tidy rental with a fantastic view of the Gulf. Only issues were getting sliding glass door locked/unlocked and having to haul off trash. Taylor county does not offer residential trash pick up, so it’s up to the RENTER to remove their trash(take it with them in other words). Think this should be included in the “cleaning fee”

I apologize for the inconvenience of taking off trash. It is noted very clearly at time of booking trash is the responsibility of the tenant for removal. Garbage pick up is not offered outside Perry city limits and must be taken to local roll off site. I can't leave the trash for housekeeper because house is not always consecutively booked; I can't leave the trash for days and risk the house smelling. Most of the trash is fish from fishermen so that definitely cannot be left on the premises. Thank you for keeping the house very tidy.

Peaceful property
Posted Jun. 28, 2024 on HomeAwayProperty was just what we were looking for. Peaceful and quiet. Tides were in our favor during our stay, so we only had to walk the boat out once, and only for a few minutes. Beautiful sunsets on the deck. I will say, if your group really likes your morning coffee, bring your own coffee maker. There is only a small pod style coffee maker.
