Expedia ne devrait pas faire affaire avec cet établissement. Drap sale les faire changer pour d'autre draps tâches. Serviette déchirée. Dessante de bain ont aurait dit qu'il avait nettoyer du café avec puis replacer sur le bain. Cheveux noir dans la douche.

After you checked in, you called the front desk about the stained sheets, she came up to your room and offered to change it for you but you declined. We would have refunded your entire stay if you had chosen not to stay with us. We did try to take care of you at the property level. Our sincere apologies.

N'allez pas coucher à cet endroit. C'est très malpropre. Les couvertures du lit et taie d'oreillers n'étaient pas lavés, la salle de bain non plus. Plein de cheveux et poils dans la douche et il restait des résidu de savon autour du lavabo. Ils ont même laissés les verres à café utilisés à côté de la cafetière. J'aimerais un remboursement.

Dear Guest, We verified with our front desk employee. she helped you when you asked for the sheets and even offered to change it for you.Had you informed the front desk that you were unhappy we would have moved you to another room.We are working on our staff training for housekeeping to make sure that our future guests are happy.

The mattress was Sunken in with stained linen. I had to go to the office to obtain a broom to sweep out the dead Cockroaches and dirt behind the bed and along the floor. There was an over flow of garbage outside my room with an old broken ice machine that didn't work. The room smeeled like mildew. They want a 50 dollar deposit after you have paid and reserved the room without a receipt to be given also they want you to pay15 dollars daily for your pet that can not stay in the room when you leave. Upon leaving the front desk personal weren't bery welcoming nore going. I was simply desperate didn't have an option.

I’m not a complainer but this time, yes I am. The first thing is we had to put up a $50 cash deposit which was returned at check out. The room was ok for the money. The toilet seat was broken. The hot water didn’t last long enough. The area where the water control handle is was coming off the wall. Lamp shades had stains on them. Yes, this was a basic room, but dang no ice bucket? There was no trash can so we bought one. The pillows were awful. Only one shelf in the fridge. The remote for the tv didn’t work and when my husband took it to the front desk, all the clerk said was, it’s universal it’s supposed to work. Did nothing to check out the problem. The towels were really thin and luckily I always pack some.

The room itself wasn't clean properly there was no comforter on bed on sheet and thin comforter cover that had hair all over it the tv only had audio no video microwave sparked fire when tried to use so unable to use it no housekeeping ask if need service or change it towels etc the floor was sticky never mopped no trash can in room or iron/ironing board even after asking staff in office bout replacing microwave,trash can etc was told they didn't have any extra to bring was on 2nd floor the hallway is filthy and stairs to dead roaches and trash the ice machines don't work no vending machines either day we checked in was told pool was going to be clean that day never was and people are still allowed to swim even with green water and leaves etc in it ask if I could get refund for remaining days since I paid for 2 weeks 750 plus 50 deposit was told no refunds so forced to stay or lose money worst motel ever

Room was not cleaned properly. Towels were stiff and old . My husband was drying with one of the towels it tore in half.No hot water only barely warm.Door was hard to open. You had to push hard to get it open. No ice machine that worked. My family has stay there several times (at least once a year. This is the worse it has ever been. The motel needs a lot of work to be brought up to be an A-1) motel.
