They had the most comfortable beds ever. The hotel was very clean. No mildew. We will be back.

Not good, rude morning clerk, bugs, nasty toilet

My 2 young boys and I were on vacation in Orlando, left late at night to avoid the incoming hurricane. Arrived around 4am, the woman who checked us in was covering 2 desks and very kind. I asked about an extra hour for check-out the next morning, she said she though it was possible, would just need to check with housecleaning in the morning. Called the next morning and the rude clerk said no, I would have to pay an extra $15. Real nice. The room had bugs all over the bathroom floor, the toilet was scuzzy, looked like someone threw up into it. I should be refunded, not charged extra for an hour. The place was old and gross. I would only recommend to support the livelihood of the kind woman who checked us in.

thank you every thing when you check inn stay all night every thing was great and next morning when you ask for late check out and we say there is no problem but there is an extra charge for late check out then suddenly room was dirty room has bug and toilet dirty so all night when you use it was ok and we say there is fee for late check out the clerk is rude .
