This cabin has a fantastic view of the lake and mountains and is near Petit Jean State Park. Big deck with lots of seating. Zipline, kayaks, fishing poles, life jackets, and games provided. Kitchen, bath and laundry well stocked.

Sunsets and lake views!
We had such a lovely stay. This was the perfect place to relax. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying nature. The view was amazing…especially at sunset! Everything we could possibly want was provided for us inside and out. Would love to stay here again!

Best time ever
I would like to thank you Jason for such an awesome time at your property. We have traveled to AR 3 times and this time made our trip so special. The view, kayaking, fishing and feeling one on one with nature. I am happy that I had an opportunity meeting you in person, and as I said we are coming back. Well, Sugar the neighbor dog definitely made friends with my kids, they could stop talking about her on our way back to Dallas. The even told her that they will see her next time. The property was as listed. The home was very cozy. Loved the view from the patio, looked over the lake and very beautiful. Was a perfect location for me and my family to spend quality together outdoors and unplugged from electronics. Fishing, kayaking and swimming. We absolutely loved it!!

Spacious to be small footage. Clean and extremely well stocked. Beautiful scenery. Good country cooking 3 miles away, turn left on Hwy 300 coming from cabin. Only 1 issue. People who live nearby allow their dogs run free. This was a problem with my dog being with us. Handicap accessible. Just all around good place to visit

Celebrating my birthday
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect spot to rest, relax and decompress for my 61st b-day. The property is very quant and quiet. Beautiful view right on the lake with the mountains in the distance. Close to Perryville and convenient to food options and shopping. Our host Jason was very helpful and the best. Wonderful little house
All things you may have forgotten are available when you get there, stocked nice with pots, pans, dishes. Soaps. Wonderful time fishing from the dock and kayaking on the lake. We had a nice little getaway

Perfect!
The property was absolutely perfect! My kids had so much fun on the swing & zip-line, my husband enjoyed kayaking around the lake/island, and I loved watching the sunset from the dock with my book. Its conveniently in between a couple of different National Parks & the National Forest so we left early in the mornings, hiked and explored all day and then came back to the cabin and enjoyed the lake/property. The host is easy to contact and quick to reply and has a list of local things in the area listed in a book to make the stay even easier! There are neighborhood dogs who are VERY friendly, well behaved and super sweet and come to visit which was a plus for my kids, but if you're scared of animals just be aware. This is actually our second time to stay (first with our kids) and we will definitely book again.

Perfect lake getaway with beautiful view
My family and I had a great 2 nite stay at this cozy lake cabin. It was quiet and peaceful with friendly neighbors. Everything we needed was available in the cabin for a stress free and relaxing stay - from cooking utensils, clothes soap, bathroom essentials. We especially enjoyed the back patio and the pier where we could watch beautiful orange, blue and purple sunsets and fish whenever we wanted. The property owner was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again - gem of a place!

What a beautiful view of Petit Jean, Mt Magazine and Mt. Nebo in the distance. This area is beautiful. The cabin was so nice and clean. They had absolutely everything you needed on hand. So if you forget anything chances are they have it. Jason was so friendly and nice. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Beautiful Place!
We loved our quick getaway here! Spent a lot of time on the back deck birdwatching, relaxing to the water sounds, and entertaining the neighborhood dogs who are very friendly. One scratches at the door to demand pets! 😂 Nicely appointed cabin, perfect size, easy day trip to Petit Jean where we were married 30 years ago. Great communication from the host and beautiful property--we chose this for our anniversary trip and enjoyed every minute!

Great little lake house
The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to get out much but it is a very nice lake house, very well stocked with supplies and everything you need to cook and stay cozy on a rainy weekend.
