Shakespeare Stratford get away

Our BR ceiling leaked water. Also, while in the BR, the metal vent fell on my head. We had to change rooms late at night. We were given a better room. We were told they would take away 1 nights room fee. Never did. Probably won’t return.

PROS: Staff was quite friendly and allowed us check in early which was much appreciated. Our room was quiet from anything outside. Fridge and A/C units worked well and were quiet.
CONS: There was only ONE electrical outlet available to charge phones and it was on the opposite wall of the beds. The TV is mounted quite high and is in one corner which makes it difficult to view. The mattresses seemed old and you could hear the springs move. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. The outside doors to enter the building are kept UNlocked so anyone can enter and roam. The keys are returned to an open basket where anyone can pick up a key, make a quick copy, and enter a room later.
