Sympa mais vieillot
Publié le 28 oct. 2018 sur HotelsL'hôtel est bien situé avec un parking gratuit à côté. Personnel accueillant. J'ai apprécié la piscine chauffée. Par contre l'hôtel en lui-même est vieillot. Il a grand besoin d'un coup de jeunesse.

Disappointing and disgusting
Publié le 19 mars 2022 sur HotelsThe hotel is in need of refurbishment to say the least the bar area was disgusting seats broken only bottles as pumps not working and dirty glasses infact the hotel should be condemned.
The only saving grace was the staff and the breakfast the staff were polite,friendly and helpful especially Annie who made breakfast service a pleasure.
Disappointing that hotels.com have this on there web site as im sure if they sent an inspector they would not recommend this hotel I for one will not be recommending it.

All the staff that I met were very helpful. Especially as I had left my charger for mobile at home they provided me with one. As the kitchen was out of commission in evening they arranged a meal for me. I have stayed in a few hotels over europe and this was one of the better ones.

The condition was dirty bar was closed no hot water so couldnt get a shower in the morning £80 for a night a would stay there again for £20 a night

Queens hotel Nov 21
Publié le 21 nov. 2021 sur HotelsReception was closed and told to go to the bar. Once he had finished serving a couple of people we got checked in. He was friendly and gave us the information needed. The elevator buttons were missing and you had to put your finger into an open switch which was quite worrying. Our room was clean but badly needing upgraded. Floor and bed was extremely annoying as you couldn’t breathe without something squeaking. There was a droning noise that must be an external extractor or something like that.
Breakfast was ok, staff were friendly and you didn’t have to wait long on your food arriving.
Overall, friendly staff in a hotel that is in need of an upgrade.
