Bien mais beaucoup trop bruyant le soir

Appartement en bon état, arrivée 7 pm après 20h de voyage, musique super forte du bar mis surtout de plus en plus forte jusqu'à 11 pm .impossible de dormir même avec casque réducteur de bruit

The unit we had, had several problems which we hope they will rectify for the next people who will be in there. Light switch hot in bathroom, bbq leaking gas, reconnected by us then wouldnt light, air conditioner still running when turned off/very noisey an woke us many times. Staff notified of all problems. They did offer to send maintenance, but we didnt want strangers in our room, other than these things great position.

The apartment in general was great. I didn’t like the communication though. I had to travel for work so I needed to have stable WIFI. no one was around when it didn’t work. They said Expedia declined a refund, however from talking with Expedia it was the property, they never responded again, which makes me as a guest feel like they aren’t sorry for the issue

The music from the bar down stairs was way too loud, we couldn’t watch a movie because it drowned it out but that was only on the Friday night.

Absolutely disappointed with the quality of the room the bed is so old and hard, it’s impossible to sleep in, the bathroom curtain doesn’t even cover the whole shower and the water from the shower floods the bathroom floor, we booked a studio room not a disabled room and to think they’d hand over a bathroom like this to disabled people is a health care injury waiting to happen. The only thing good is the surrounding scenery and the cafes below the apartments. If your going to provide a bathroom to disabled people that floods maybe provide at least a bath Matt or extra towels to avoid someone seriously hurting themselves.

The toilet was dirty under the seat. For a five day stay we had 6 coffees /teas / sugars and milks for two person staying. No one fills up or even checks to ensure amenities are enough for customers staying period. Was noisy as our apartment was above the restaurants . The remotes for the apartment- entrance/ TV/ aircon were hard to use due low battery. The dishwasher didn’t wash well and face instructions missing even though the book was hard to read. Location very good 👍

Enjoyed the quiet and convenience of the location to the picturesque marina with some great eateries in the same locale.
