Accueil hyper sympa et hôtel super bien situé
Publié le 18 janv. 2023 sur HotelsChambre très sympa jolie vue sur Perth hyper propre et comfortable. Mais le personnel à l’accueil vraiment top! Super conseils de visites et où trouver les magasins dans le voisinage. Souriants et efficaces!

Lack of service attitude and basic amenities
Publié le 21 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWhile the hotel is clean and well maintained , they try to cut corners on basic amenities.
- Water in the room is chargeable for 2AUD per 1/2 ltr bottle after 2 bottles per stay so for long stays it’s a pain .
- Even the in room tea bags and coffee has to be asked to refill after first service .
- Bathroom lack any worm of amenities like dental kits etc.
- Breakfast spread is also very basic , with lack of even egg station , after requesting the staff we got to know you can do it, even basic stuff like coffee machine or hot milk was not there .
These are basic amenities for any business hotel while you are already charging 340AUD approx , why cut corners on basic stuff even if you have to charge 10 AUD xtra .
On top of it hotels.com and hotel denied change in itinerary though i extended my stay .. lacks service attitude et all
