Did the job

Good comfy bed, asked for an extra blanket and it was provided. Very quiet and restful. Showing its age a little bit but fantastic where it counts (bed, quiet).

The balcony door didn’t close properly- i talked to somebody, and he said there is nothing he could do (it was 5.50 pm, they close at 6 so I think he just wanted to get home). very rude, no help and he just said that there is nothing they could do - well this is an issue, I mean it was cold and also quite nosiy (as the door just wouldn’t close not because it was on the street) Had a terrible and cold night there

We were pleased that we were able to book with them but they gave us a handicapped room. Everything was very low down, including the bed. The unit itself was spacious. Easy access to a bottle shop, IGA Supermarket, Chemist, Thai restaurant, hotel and many cafes. An Uber ride to the airport costs, currently, about $30

Fantastic stay

All good for us. A few Ks out of town but covered by free yellow cat bus. Really well appointed. My only issue was I could not connect my laptop to the TV. You cannot use the apps on the TV to access your streaming accounts. ALSO NOTE: if you require a lift to get your luggage to the room you need verify with the Hotel when you book. Some rooms are only accessible via stairs.
