AVOID AVOID AVOID If I could rate minus 10 I would have. I completely trusted STATZ vetting process and seems I have been scammed (looks like I'm not the first) I have been charged for an accommodation that I never had the opportunity to stay in as the host/owner/property manager never released to me how to be in contact with them directly and DID NOT provide any access to property information what so ever. No record of the property I have paid for in My Trips on STAYZ, no contact from owner/property manager and the accommodation listing removed from the site. The only link I had to the host/property manager was through an email, that provided the address only, that my computer security stated was unsafe to follow the host link. I contacted STAYZ who have said it is now a dispute between my self and the host/property manager. For whom I have no contact information. I'm now attempting to dispute the transaction via my bank. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO spend more needless time sorting this all out? I still live in hope that the owner of the property will do the right thing and contact me to transfer the cost 100% - total refund! Over $500 for Nothing.

This unit had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Just a pity about the thin ceiling as I could hear nearly every foot step from the night owls above.

Avoid unless you won't to be out of pocket

Booking was cancelled by host on the day of arrival. Payment was taken and I'm still waiting for refund. Would not recommend unless you won't to be left out of pocket and no accomadation! Very disappointed

Stayz changed my booking on the day to a different suburb

A lovely property and the owner was great to deal with. However, I had booked in a suburb 1/2 an hour away for good reason. I had a horse float and an event with the horse in South Perth. Stayz text me while I was driving and the top part of the message said ``do you mind changing to a 2x1 instead of a 3x2)'' I said ``no worries.'' However, the rest of my message which I didn't read because I was driving to the property with a horse float, horse in there and car full of kids was that they totally changed the suburb and put us in the city. I had no idea they would try to change the location. I assumed they meant a smaller apartment in the same complex. I was very happy with this property if I wanted to go explore the city. I didn't want to explore the city, I wanted to stay close to the horse riding school in East Perth. Not happy with Stayz. Very happy with the owner and this apartment.
