Un servive adorable, chambre confortable, mais bruit de climatisation de cuisine pénible et vue sur cour très moche

Chambre très petite, et malheureusement assez bruyante (sur rue passante, plusieurs fois des sirènes). Service de petit dejeuner très bien.

excellent stay
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur Hotelsroom was clean and tidy staff where friendly and helpful. Found the bed to be very comfortable. The city centre was within walking distance. Thought the restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent enjoyed the food so much we ate there 2 of the 3 nights we stayed at hotel, Only thing that I was slightly disappointed with was the cooked part of the breakfast black pudding and sausage where unfortunately not to my personal taste but they had a wide selection of cereal and fruit

Service/staff was awesome. Rooms are clean and comfy. I would stay here again. Amenities were nice, and everyone is joyful, and helpful

Great location near station and town centre. Welcoming and helpful staff. Very clean and modern bathroom. Great Nepalese restaurant on site.

We arrived just after 12 noon, were told they had been fully booked last night and could not get into our room yet. On asking to use the toilet he had to unlock the bar area (in guest book it states bar open from 10am).
Ours was twin room it was clean and the bathroom looked newly refurbished. There was a kettle with coffee tea and milk, there were no biscuits and I had to place the kettle on the floor where the socket was.
The breakfast was not a good set up - had to get your own coffees /tea from a machine make your own toast, It was busy at breakfast however there were noticeably tables not cleared and what appeared to be one family member eating breakfast at a table that would seat four, there were no bowls for the cereal, had to ask twice for these, choices had been made the night before my poached eggs were very over cooked and hard, They say this is family run but one guy appeared to be doing everything- reception, serving food, clearing tables while other family members appeared to be floating about.
Overall it was an okay stay.
